Round Furniture Sliders

Had new carpets installed at home so had to move the furniture in and out of rooms. Bought these to help and they did the job. Very easy to use, just slip under the item they just push the item along. Works very well on carpet. I have also used them in the kitchen to move out a heavy (full) fridge and a dishwasher and it helped to move these items on the kitchen Lino. I'm glad I have these a good investment. Will help to make easy work of moving furniture when it comes to redecorating rooms.

These gliders are amazingly useful ... yesterday I had to move my microwave into another room as having repairs in kitchen. Somehow I managed to lug the microwave across hallway to other room and even having removed the glass turntable it was so heavy that I had to put the microwave on the floor and move it in stages. I was then dreading getting the microwave back to the kitchen and lugging it up on to the counter top when the works were finished. Then I saw these gliders which gave me an idea ... they arrived this afternoon not longer after the repairs were finished so I put the 4 big gliders under the microwave (minus glass turntable) and it was so easy gliding it back to the kitchen area ... yes it was a challenge lifting the microwave back onto the counter top, but thanks to these gliders I didn't waste any energy or time moving it back into the kitchen - absolutely brilliant! I'm now thinking of using these under some pieces of furniture to glide out and do some serious cleaning or maybe some decorating ... very happy with my purchase. :)

I was able to move a 4 ft fish tank with around 90% of the water removed. I was able to lift the tank just enough to get the sliders underneath with help from another person. Considering the weight of the tank and things like gravel/cabinet I was very impressed. It saved me a big job as I didn't have to un-plumb pipework or remove gravel or remove fish. Do not attempt with a half full or full tank though. Once in place I simply refilled the tank. However one thing I have noted is that whenever these are used a huge indent is left in the foam. It won't bounce back so to speak. So for big jobs use it once but unlikely will it be used again.

I purchased these sliders because I am no longer strong enough to heave heavy furniture about to clean underneath etc. I had to use a bit of energy to lift the corners of each piece, of course - but now I can easily move a heavy Chinese chest, coffee table and two sofas. They are well made and definitely serve their purpose on my carpeted floors.

These work a treat for moving heavy furniture.

Once positioned under furniture they make moving the item a whole lot easier. Great under heavy recliner sofa and beds.

Its ok but You have to lift the furniture on to them which can be tricky on your own. Also it doesn't like bumps or door thresholds

I had to move a heavy wardrobe on my own and it was in a corner so against two walls. I had a little trouble getting the first 2 sliders under the front but once in place I was able to move it slightly forward to insert one at the free side at the back. Once this was done it moved easily, even with only 3 in place. I moved it about 8 feet across the room over several differnt floor coverings and it flew across the lot. I inserted the 4th slider once that side was free. Getting it back once the carpets were sorted was a doddle, again a little trouble with the back as had to take the 2 back ones off before final positioning , but nothing that I couldn't handle. Incidentally I'm barely five feet tall and under seven stone. Can be used again and again which is a bonus
