Good alternative to more expensive docks for WFH
works perfectly, HDMI, power pass through and USB all perfect. Much cheaper than most docks and great for working from home :)

Good hub, dodgy PD port.
I bought this to access an Android mobile phone with a broken screen/digitiser, by plugging in a usb mouse and keyboard. And for that it works well. Outputs via HDMI also. I dropped one star as the PD USB-C port for power pass through appeared broken at first. The connection seemed too loose and a selection of usb leads wouldn't seat properly and connect. As a last resort I tried a different lead and something gave way in the PD port and power pass through was achieved. All of the previously tried leads then worked ok. I would have returned this hub as faulty if not for this final success. It works well now.

Good little device.
Works a treat, exactly what I was looking for,as my laptop only has one dedicated usb-c input.

Very neat.
When I ordered 2 of these, I was not sure if I really needed them, but having used them I am now sure that I do. Very neat and well-made.

Midrange quality but recommended, especially when discounted. Work well.
I've bought three of these now (4 port USB3) - one for work and two for myself. I've added a power supply that I already had to one of mine - you'll need it for anything demanding like running external hard disks and with some music equipment. The switches are useful to disconnect power when the laptop is off, otherwise all the devices stay powered-up. Also means I can leave things switched off when I'm not using them and the processor power isn't being used unnecessarily. The lights bleed a little so sometimes the adjacent switch looks like it's on and you have to think twice. Switches feel responsive and the click is definite. Plastic casing is fine and not flimsy, though it isn't super-sturdy. The USB sockets sometimes feel a little too clunky and snug - I suspect they're on the cheap side - but after a year of use I'm confident they'll last for ages with any user that doesn't mistreat them, especially if you don't have to keep plugging in and out several times a day. By contrast, the male plug on the other end feels solid and decent quality. I'm sure there are much sturdier versions at a higher price-point but I think they got their compromises right for this price. I bought these between £11-£12. I recommend setting up a camelizer alert as they're often under £10 - I think they discount these once a month! It's a shame they rarely discount the one with the power supply as I think that's slightly overpriced.

Vert Useful Adapter
My i-5 computer has only 2 USB outlets accessible on the front panel and the remaining outlets are at the back of the PC and awkward to get to. An external back up hard drive was permanently plugged into one of the front ones that left the other one vacant for USB flash drives or plugging a camera into. With the purchase of a scanner last year that happens to be USB powered I needed more accessible outlets. This adapter was decided on and is now plugged into one of the available outlets at the back of the Computer, the hard drive and Scanner are now plugged into this adapter and switched on as and when required thus leaving both USB ports on the front panel now available. The Switches are illuminated when selected so their status becomes visible. This Item was well under £10 at the time of purchase it is extremely useful and in my opinion is excellent value for money.
