By far one of the best proteins I've tried. Very fine powder. Easily dissolves in water without forming foam at all. It dissolves completely, without lumps, even in cold liquid. Very small consumption, from that and a lot of portions. important! I chose this protein precisely because it does not contain lactose. And yes, there are 0 problems with the gastrointestinal tract! For those who take sports supplements, it is important to know that when mixing some additives from different manufacturers, foam is formed that contains air, which then enters the gastrointestinal tract, part of the air subsequently exits through the mouth, part goes into the intestines, hence gas formation and colic. It is also important to know that with an excess of protein, when it cannot be absorbed, it enters the intestine, where it begins to rot, due to the natural microflora, this can lead to a number of side effects and cause health problems. Follow the rules for taking such supplements. As for the taste, it's too bright and too sweet for me. Here it is rather a disadvantage. However, there are more advantages by an order of magnitude. The main, fattest plus is its digestibility, here it is instant and without problems with gas formation. Will I buy this protein again? Of course YES!!

Bought this whey protein isolate as 1) Isolate is higher quality than concentrated, 2) it's lactose free (I'm lactose intolerant). The first day I took it (one take, it recommends two per day) felt some gut discomfort (a bit of bloating, acid reflux). The second day took half a take jut to check whether a lesser amount was less harmful or made digestion easier, but... same result. Third day, same story. Knowing, as I do know, that lactose free milf doesn't harm me and/or doesn't give me any symptoms decided to check the ingredients list of this Whey Zero and, voilá, aside of whey protein and added amino-acids there's just a ton of chemicals (tartrazine, E471, E472a, soy lecithin) that may just be behind the gut discomfort. That, or the product isn't that lactose free, can't tell, but if as me you have a delicate stomach and are looking for a "clean" whey powder lactose free and with as less added chemicals as possible, this product is not the answer.

Seems like a quality product. Mixes well, taste good and is the only powder which doesn't give me a bad stomach. No gas, stomach bubbles or diarrhea. I've tried loads of others with no luck. Avoid Huel protein as me and many others have had suprise explosions of the nether regions. Would recommend this product. My only slight critic is it could be more chocolatey, so I add a bit more cocoa.

I was expecting a different taste- BUT OMG. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Being lactose intolerant I was abit sceptical as certain products will be dairy free but will still give you gas. No issues with this product. I use it with my bullet and Lactose free milk. When at home I blend my fruits and spinach with it for an extra boost. It really takes the hunger away, I drink it for lunch at work + healthy snacks and I'm good until I get home for dinner. I'm glad I've managed to stick with the healthy lifestyle change and this product has definitely been a great source of protein. My only issue is why such a BIG container? It's literally half full.

Ok, consistency is very light and also tastes two sweet, the inner seal came broken but confirmed with manufacturer and seller, this is how it is packed
