Finally something that impacts my high BP!
This stuff is everything they say it is and I can see why the British Olympic team used it in 2012. I'm currently changing my life style and I knock one of these back everyday before I work out. I'm amazed by the results, it really does increase stamina and reduce BP temporarily, excellent product and much cheaper than high street health shop crazy prices, what is not to like?? Well some people I've given it to pull a face when they first taste it, but you get used to it very quickly, its kind of meaty and sweet at the same time but honestly it is what it is and its very good for pre workouit preparation! I actually like the taste now and I'm going to have a shot every morning for the forseeable future. Empowermenr in a bottle!

Beet it sport nitrate
Seem to work well especially in the build up to events. The probably only downside is the price

Works wonders
I tried these before my races and they felt like they should be illegal, my heart rate was so low and it helped me get PBs. It tastes disgusting but for the benefits, it’s worth it, and it makes your urine and stool purple as well, which was a bit scary the first time I found that out. But yeah, amazing.

Tastes disgusting but it works
If evil had a flavour, it would taste of celery. If evil had an evil twin who was 10 times more evil, it would taste of this stuff. BUT it works. Comparing the same Hyrox lactate threshold workout, with 1 shot taken 2 hours before, average HR was the same but output was higher (including a pace PB on the rower) and RPE was lower. I’m interested to see if Whoop records any change to my blood oxygen level.

Bad batch/improperly stored
It's brown, not red like it should be, with an aftertaste. It looks to have been improperly stored and spoiled

Beet It Elite Sport Shots have become a staple in my endurance and performance routine before races, and for good reason. There's substantial evidence supporting the benefits of beet juice in enhancing athletic performance, particularly in terms of endurance. However, the downside of traditional beet juice is the large volume required, which can often lead to gastrointestinal (GI) issues. This is where Beet It Elite Sport Shots shine. The shot is compact, about the size of a 5-hour energy drink, effectively mitigating the GI issues associated with consuming larger volumes of beet juice. Interestingly, many scientific studies on beet juice and athletic performance specifically used this product to avoid GI issues among participants. This speaks volumes about its efficacy and practicality. One fascinating aspect of beet juice is that its benefits can be nullified by using mouthwash before consumption. The mouthwash kills the bacteria in the saliva that are crucial for the chemical process that generates the benefits of beet juice. This emphasizes the importance of maintaining the natural process when using Beet It Elite Sport Shots. I personally use Beet It Elite Sport Shots because I can see the benefits, and the research backs it up. Importantly, this product was used in studies not because it was funded by the company, but out of necessity to ensure participants avoided GI issues. This adds a layer of credibility to its effectiveness. I avoid beet juice powders since there are no tests proving their efficacy. However, it's worth noting that consuming too many of these shots can still lead to GI issues, so moderation is key. Additionally, don't be alarmed if you notice a change in the color of your urine or excrement—this is a normal side effect of beet juice consumption. Overall, Beet It Elite Sport Shots are a convenient and effective way to harness the performance-enhancing benefits of beet juice without the associated GI issues. Highly recommended for athletes looking to boost their endurance and performance.
