My first point is it's bulky. I know this can put people off. However, if you want to protect your device properly, you need to make exceptions and not be too fussy. The bulk of this makes up for the fact it works really well. I've done the drop tests on my iPod touch 6th gen, and it has survived some pretty heavy and huge drops! All without a scratch! It can be a little fiddly to assemble, but once in it's perfect! The headphone port cut out is nice! Comes with a flap to seal it when not using (same with charging port) and will fit non apple headphone jacks in (as long as they're not too thick). Literally not downsides to this case. It's well designed and does keep your iPod VERY SAFE!

I bought this case in 2021 for my child’s iPod touch. It is used frequently and has been dropped a few times with no issues at all. I came on to add this review as I was astounded with the protection it afforded the other day. The iPod with the case on, was dropped in a field and we assumed, lost to the elements. It wasn’t found until a day later after it had been raining overnight for hours. We had assumed the iPod wouldn’t work anymore but to our surprise it charged as usual and is working as it should - there has been no lasting damage AT ALL. I’m so impressed with the case and glad I bought it, now I’m on the hunt for the same brand for all of our gadgets.

An excellent cover for my new iPod Touch; it protects the screen (with its in built screen cover) and also the body of the iPod itself. The case comes with a belt clip but you do not have to use it (I don't) as it makes everything really bulky. I initially tried to use my iPod in its case with a physical docking station but it did not fit as the case is chunky. However if you buy one of those Bluetooth connectors for a docking station this sorts out that connectivity problem. Overall I would recommend the case, the iPod feels very secure inside it...

I bought this for my son's iPod. For the price I paid, I wasn't expecting very much, so was really pleased when it arrived. It comes in different parts which, when all assembled together, completely encase the device (including the screen). The case is hard plastic with hard rubber trim and so I would be very surprised if the shell of the iPod sustained any damage at all with this on. The front screen cover is thin plastic which sits directly on the screen so the touch controls work exactly as they should, however whilst this may protect the screen from scratches, it may not protect the screen from smashing or cracking in the way that a glass protector would. The volume up/down buttons and on/off/sleep button are encased but work completely well. There are cut outs for the front and back camera lenses and for the speaker. There are little lidded openings at the bottom for inserting the charger and ear phones. The only thing that we cannot do whilst the case is on, is use a docking station. This is because the plastic casing around the connection point is just too deep to allow a connection. The case is a little tricky to get on as the fit is very tight, so you have to be extremely careful not to damage the device when fitting it. Overall this is an excellent quality and value for money product. I would buy again.

Arrives fully assembled so you need to disassemble it to fit your ipod touch. There are no instructions on how to do this either in the box or on the i- blaison website, so here we go with how to do it. First remove the part that clips onto your belt by pulling on the locking catch with your thumb. You can then the easily remove this part revealing the main body of the case. Next hold the main body of the case in your left hand (if you are right handed) with the screen facing you. Then with your right thumb pull down on the bottom right hand corner of the case which is rubberised until you can get your left thumb nail in the small gap you have made and pull the screen surround out. Remove the protective film on the screen protector which is fixed to the screen surround and refit the two pieces together. This is a bit fiddly and you will need to use your thumbs to ease the rubberised edges of the rear part and push the screen surround back in. You may not want to use the front part with the belt clip as this prevents access to the screen. Once assemble you will what a cracking piece of kit this is. It has a nice industrial look to it and feels really tough, so it should last as long as you want. A bit on the expensive side but your ipod touch is a lot on the expensive side and looks like it needs this type of protection.

Great product, easy to fit, secure and strong - dropped my ipod a couple of times and not the slightest mark visible - touch screen fully accessible and not affected at all..highly recommend and great value

I loved it - but it has been worn out and can no longer stand as mentioned.. I would prefer a more robust screen protection But it has donewas necessary to protect my phone

Bought this on the back of the reviews and I am pleased I did. The iPod touch fits it perfectly and all the sockets and buttons are covered with flexible covers which keep the dirt out. Excellent bit of kit so I bought another one for my wife's iPod touch. Ignore the negative reviews , those people did not read the description properly. This is not designed for the iPhone at all, it is designed for the iPod Touch 5th and 6th generation and it is stated clearly in the description. Good value for the price. Glad I bought them.
