First I will tell all that I believe this item is world class. It gives the owner so much flexibility in setting up their audio system. Multiple inputs, both digital and analogue, and the ability to set gain and also equilization of each audio out. This device is not inexpensive, so If most are not willing to spend equitably on the whole system it may not be for you. Yet, it can be kept for years and used on each and every greater system the owner builds. I wish I could tell you it is better than the processor sold by Brand X and Y, but I have never owned another in this class except the Audison. I did some homework online, and people I believe know, put their name on the Audison. Another thought to help others is that there is not alot of info as to configuration of this device that I could find. An Oscope which has a range in the 20-20khz range is probably a must. I purchased one from Amazon, only to find later, a friend owned one. I suspect most, if they asked, do know someone who has or has access to one. My best resource for configuration was episode 6 of car audio Q&A on youtube. With the scope, the online instructions, and watching this segment several times, most will realize the way all audio systems with active crossovers should be configured. Another thought, all one needs as an input is stereo. Simply left and right is all that is required. To end this, I will say that I never wish to set up another car audio system without what this device offers. I hope this helps and to all, good luck!

Only downfall to this product is the price. I have used a couple other units like this from JL and Rockford, but nothing compares to the sounds quality and versatility available on the bitone. I highly recommend this product, especially when matched with Audison amps capable of digital interfacing.
