Ideal for pain relief easy to take

I have been researching for a while now, looking for anything that will preserve and enhance cognitive function. Sage always floats to the top. The downside is that sage also contains thujone, which is toxic in certain amounts (convulsant and neurotoxic). Maybe you've noticed. Regular sage makes me ill.
