Works amazing for me, doesn’t work for my grandmother. this is a really great product as others have said I've been taking it for over 6 months and have noticed the most positive change in -the strength of my thin brittle fingernails. They've become more flexible despite still being thin. I can grow them longer without any additional structure like acrylic or coats of gel polish. I'm thrilled with this outcome. -my skin also looks amazing but I have also had recent laser treatment which has had a major impact on that outcome. I have paper thin nails that are constantly breaking or bending. I've been taking biotin for years and have not seen a noticeable difference. When I take this consistently with biotin I've noticed my nails definitely strengthen. They still bend a bit but they do not break as easily.

I recommend these supplements for women who are having some hair loss and are unable to use collagen powder. I am one of those people who can't digest the powder, so I did a lot of research and found this supplement that helps your body make its own collagen. Initially, I thought they were expensive, so I tried the drops. That was a huge mistake. They are awful. These supplements are easy to swallow and worth every cent. It takes several weeks to months to see the changes in your hair, skin and nails but the changes are substantial.

My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔
