This is an amazing product... I like to start the day with either overnight oats of chia pudding, and a couple of teaspoons of this powder gives a beautiful flavour... I would ideally like to use fresh strawberries, but imported strawberries at this time of year are completely flavourless compared to our own (in season) strawberries... This powder is freeze dried and ground strawberries... Absolutely nothing else added... All the good stuff is retained, so its a great alternative to fresh... Although I havent tried using it in cakes, cookies, shakes etc. I'm certain it would be lovely... Highly recommended

Not fine enough for icing, but very good otherwise.
Used this for piped buttercream, unfortunately the seeds left whole in the powder prevent fine piping , ok for cupcakes I suppose but not really what I wanted, ended up grinding in a spice grinder. However the flavour is lovely and a little goes a long way. Good on cereals, absolutely delicious in yoghourt and on muesli, and amazing added to shortbread dough.

Fine powder that wasn't gritty at all. I used it to flavour buttercream for a birthday cake. Everyone loved it. Still got loads left for another one

Grainy and inconsistent
Ordered twice. First time was wonderful fine powder that made yoghurt very tasty. Second time it was quite grainy/seedy and less flavourful. Due to inconsistency I am hesitant to order again as I am not sure what I will receive

This stuff is disgusting. It doesn’t not smell or taste like strawberry. More like old straw. I tried to see if I could return it but since it’s opened food, I’m out of luck. I wonder if I got a spoiled batch? I’m really disappointed. This was expensive and it’s unusable!
