Comprimés faciles à avaler, bien tolérés et exactement ce que je cherchais. La formule est claire, sans additifs inutiles. Idéal en préparation à la grossesse ou pour un apport régulier en acide folique. Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter.

Quantité : 90 cachets dans la boite, c'est suffisant pour une prise quotidienne sur 3 mois. Idéal pour un début de grossesse, ou pour avoir le temps de bien assimiler ces vitamines avant de faire virer le test de grossesse au positif. Prise : Des cachets sans goût particulier, plutôt fins et petits, pour une prise quotidienne simple (avec un verre d'eau). Efficacité : C'est le genre de complément pour lesquels il est difficile de quantifier l'efficacité, puisqu'il évite les éventuelles carences... N'étant pas enceinte, c'est surtout à titre préventif que je prends cela d'ailleurs. Bref, ça fait le job, avec une petite boite facile à glisser dans le sac.
