Greek Seasoning
The herbal mixture is superb and when mixed with olive oil and used to marinate pork or lamb for souvlaki allows a serious flavour of Greece. Very tasty.

Fabulous seasoning. Gyros tends to have different variations (slight) where ever you go. This is worth trying .

Made a great marinade
Mixed this whole pack with around 350g of greek yoghurt and 900g of chicken thigh. Marinated over night and used a plate with spike on it to stack the chicken. BBQd for around 3 hours and it came out very nice.

Triggered my allergies. Does it contain gluten or nuts?
I bought this and it tastes lovely. However shortly after I broke out in hives. I have a gluten wheat allergy, so I am now wondering if it’s been cross contaminated with gluten or nuts? How can I find this out? It doesn’t say anything on the packet about cross contamination or gluten binding agents.
