As a Beginner PC Gamer...
Games: This pc works fantastic, I've started playing rocket league, fortnite, roblox, warframe, and destiny 2 and another free game from STEAM on here and they all play smoothly. No hiccups, but download speed is agony. Graphics are fantastic and everything is great to me! Noise: When I first got the PC, it was incredibly noisy whenever I started playing a game, like something was loose in the mechanics, so I checked it out and it turned out to be the grates in the back of the stand. The grates were loose and would clang loudy and drive my nerves up the wall, but I unscrewed them and placed tape around the edges to mute it and it's now quiet. No noise complaints at all now, but it seems that the grates are large design flaw, since they don't fit securely at all. Packaging/Delivery: I spent $1000 for this, and delivery required a signature to make sure I got it. The packaging was pretty good, just a ton of Styrofoam and plastic bags inside a giant box which displayed that it was a PC. I met UPS at the door. No damages though, even with the large tempered glass front, which is very pretty and solid. Setup/Included in box: Incredible help! The manufacturers included a folder with a quick start guide, troubleshooting guide, quality control certificate, maintenance guide and business card (with contact information for calls/email/live chats). The quick start guide (with a giant stop sign lol) was asking to please follow the instructions on that guide to set the PC up and offered an online access to the instructions incase they weren't included (I didn't receive them, but the online instructions was easy to access and use). I never would have figured it out without those instructions!! Fantastic! Cleaning/Maintenance: A lot of RGB color selections too, its aesthetic is clean and crisp, pretty simple stuff. As for cleaning, I haven't cleaned the inside for dust or anything yet(purchased 3 months ago), but the magnetic wire mat that covers the metal frame over the fans on the top gets gross on the edges, so I've scrubbed it once with a toothbrush. Overall: Very pleased with my first prebuilt PC purchase. Not sure what standard pricing is for value, but I think I chose well. Hopefully it serves me just as well when I go to college!

Great pc great specs great price
The type c port on the front is 3.2 gen 1 but the type c on the motherboard at least the one with the 9070xt is the 3.2 gen 2 type c meaning it supports the full 10gbps. I thought for a second I made a bad purchase lol but turns out you just have to check out your hardware yourself lol. If you’re thinking of getting a new external capture card with the 10gbps type c cable then you’re set with this. My only gripe was the fans were set in the bios so when I first booted it up, it sounds like a space ship was going off in my room it was set to full blast all the time so I went to bios and changed all the fan speeds to “quite” but that didn’t work for some reason but the remote they give you for the rgb fans make sure not to throw that away because that changes the idle speeds of all the fans in the case (there’s 2 buttons on the bottom left corner of the remote that look like fans just press the button that looks like a smaller fan until the rumbling stops lol). So if it’s too loud that’s why, I seen a bad review about it for this particular pre built and he/she clearly misunderstood why the fans were loud. Btw the new zen 3 cards from Ryzen are designed like a graphics card to thermal throttle at 95c so don’t be alarmed if you see your cpu is 95c because apparently they are designed that way and actually it’s better that way because more cooling=mo powa baby

The MOST IMPORTANT review written yet...
Ok, here's the deal, there's a shortage. People are gobbling up high end GPUs left and right. We all know that everything is ridiculously priced right now so let's just accept that reality. Here's my experience summed up in bullet points -Purchased a 1 TB SSD, got a 1 TB NVME SSD MSI M390, way higher end) -Graphics card brand VARIES, mine is an RTX 3060 GIGABYTE Eagle - Cooling for CPU wildly different than any other Shadow 3.0 I have seen yet (review photos, IMO it seems even better than promised) -Ram sticks (Oley brand) are actually 3200 mHz, not 3000 -Motherboard brand VARIES, mine is a Prime B550-Plus AC-HES (good overall board) OKAY AND NOW THE BAD TLDR: One of the Ram sticks was shot when I received the computer, was fixed by taking it out I am not hugely techy, I know a little about computers and such but when I received the computer and fired it up for the first time I felt awful. The display had no signal when the tower was on. After troubleshooting for a few hours, watching youtube help and asking roommates with similar computers I figured it out! One of the Ram sticks (Oley brand for me) was shot, causing a zero display error for the system. I was glad to see that it was just a Ram stick and not the GPU or something else but that being said this is an expensive machine. I do believe that Skytech did their due diligence in making sure it worked when it left their doors but they cannot control what FedEx will do to your package. They even go as far to certify that these machines were tested with a checklist and signature made out for every computer by a technician at their shop. I am typing rhis review as of the day I received it and have yet to really put it to work aside from some user benchmark tests (scored 80-87 across all categories) so I cannot speak to wear and tear of this system. I will be contacting Skytech soon about the faulty Ram stick. I have heard good things about their customer service so I have high hopes.

Would not connect to monitor via HDMI or Display point from the motherboard or the graphics card. Back the junk goes to Amazon for a refund. Never again. Addendum: I did more research after I sent the computer back to Amazon. I found a webpage on Skytech Gaming website. It's contains information on what to do if you encounter trouble connecting a monitor to your new computer. It involves removing parts of the computer and inspecting them for issues and then reinserting the components. I think it is ridiculous. Why not just ship the computers out without issues? That's what other companies do. For example I ended up buying a Lenovo Legion computer from Best Buy. And I had no issues connecting a monitor to that PC. This is an issue of Skytech Gaming not Amazon, but unfortunately Amazon sold the product to me so they had the responsibility of handling the return.
