This is a nice tea. Some reviews talked about this tea making you sleepy. They are right, this would be a great tea before bed (unless you urinate all night like me) the curse of getting older. So I don't drink it right before bed. If I want to relax in the early afternoon, this will do it. This is not a morning wake up tea for sure. The tannins are not very strong so your tongue does not get that dry bitter feel. Smooth with just a pinch of honey if you choose.

The tea is a little bitter but I enjoy the flavor without adding any honey or sweetener.

I’ve been drinking Chrysanthemum Cassia Seed Tea for three days, and it really helps relieve my dry eyes. I feel my eyes are less tired after a few days of drinking it. The flavor is natural and refreshing, but it does have a slightly bitter taste. Adding a little sugar makes it perfect — it balances the bitterness and brings out a smooth, pleasant flavor.

Let me first say this tea tastes awful! However, it is important to drink this tea for the medicinal purposes. If you add freshly squeezed lemon to the tea it improves it dramatically. What I didn’t realize is this tea helped reduce my sugar cravings significantly!!! Even though the tea tastes awful everything that you have after the tea tastes amazing. So the juice is worth the squeeze.

The quality is different, the tea is much lighter and not effective

I couldn't drink it it has a strong awful smell and taste. Better ti try a herbal mixture has dandelion leave in it.
