Bought these for my son as a general daily multivitamin. They’re easy to take and seem like a good all-round supplement to help cover basic nutritional needs. The tablets are a convenient once-a-day option and the brand is well known for quality. Overall a solid multivitamin that does the job.

Both my sons have been taking this supplement since they were 13. They take it each morning with their cod liver oil capsules. It helps them with their development and energy. Both find it easy to swallow even though the tablet is quite large. Both boys have gone through the teen years with minimal skin issues. The quality of the product is quite easy to see with the way in which it is easy to take and does not cause indigestion. There is no real smell which always helps with children. They are value for money when you buy from Amazon as they can be more expensive elsewhere.
