Amazon Basics USB-A to USB-B 3.0 Cable, 4.8Gbps High-Speed with Gold-Plated Plugs, 6 foot, 1.8 m, Black

Brought for my computer monitor that has a built in camera. This does the job and connects well. Good connectors provide a secure fit, good quality and simple to use. Value for money with the Amazon basics brand is always good.

This is an unbiased review. This is a superb cable some manufacturers offer a flimsy lightweight and often low quality cables. However Amazon basics is synonymous with quality and this is no exception. The heads of the cables are firm thick plastic with absolutely no sign of warping and are so robust that I’m sure will last the test time. The cable itself is clad in thick rubber which was not as flexible as some models does provide extra protection and robustness. As a further benefit of the cable is very unlikely to kink due to its thickness. Where the cable meets the head there is a very secure joy of found that some cables come loose at this point whether this model shows no sign of this likely to happen. I replaced an older model with this new cable and I have to say there are no more dropouts on my USB external drive thanks to this cable unable to get the highest amount of data throughput. I would say that given the price there is nothing comparable for the type of quality you have here go ahead and buy one not be disappointed

Seems legit, ordered for a few jobs and seems solid enough.

Works perfectly well in a heated home/office environment however if the cable is somewhere that is often subject to low temperatures (<5 degrees C) it may result in Windows detecting link stability and trigger the connect/disconnect sound. While this is annoying, it did not actually stop the keyboard I have connected via monitor hub from working but that is only USB 2, so USB 3 devices might still have issues under these conditions.

Works well, does what it is meant to do. Good price for a good product.

I'd purchased the AmazonBasics USB 3.0 A to B Cable as a replacement that came with my Dell U2515H monitor to connect the built in USB 3 Hub. It worked perfectly fine, I use all the 5 USB 3.0 available ports on the monitors hub. There's a dedicated port for charging my phones a fast charge, and data speeds are the same as expected using the original cable which include 1 x external SSD, 2 USB Pen Drives, a web camera and Platronics headset. I'd say the AmazonBasics are a step up from basic in my experience, they're well built and reliable. I wouldn't look further for this product, good quality & price. Thanks! note: a while back before purchasing this I purchased a printer cable, totally different so make sure you're purchasing the correct cable ;)
