Italeri 553825 USA WRECKER TRUCK Scale Model, Grey, 1:72

I liked building this model as its different from the normal truck models it was fun buying it and using a glue for the chrome parts made it a lot easier to hold them to the plastic parts.

There wasn't anything to dislike

It was slightly hard

Instructions not very clear. Hidden jobs to do when fitting chassis together. Overall though the kit is very well made although some parts are very delicate(tweezers read).

First of all this model is 1/24 not 1/72, it is huge and looks well when completed . However it’s really dissapointing at best. Instructions hard to follow , no paints just as bad. Should be great fun putting these things together but not this one. As someone else has commented I won’t be buying another Italeri.

One of the best models I've ever done. No need to paint the finished colours with decals are perfect.

This model was delivered to the wrong address which wasn’t a good start. The model itself has lots of parts but very poor instructions and very little instruction on colouring. Don’t attempt this model if you’ve never done one before. First and last time I’ll do an italeri model.

The package arrived within the time frame specified. It was well packaged so therefore no damage to any of the pieces or the box. I have been waiting a while to purchase this model as I was hoping the cost would level out to a reasonable price which in my mind it did. I also was watching the shipping costs as the newer rates that we have been dealing with have been quite high. So with all costs being reasonable I decided to go for it.
