# TOTAL SCAM # ABSOLUTE TRASH # NO REPLACEMENT: Stay away from this piece of junk! it doesn't work at all. To make matters worse, Amazon and the seller have blocked any easy replacement options. You’re forced into a useless "customer care chat" that goes nowhere. They are literally selling trash and making it impossible to get your money back. DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE CENT ON THIS.

It's very nice product. Very usefully because it has night vision also... power backup via battery.. Value for money ...

Not worth wasting time and money.
Extremely bad quality camera. The night vision is a joke. And for recording you have to actively keep the app open on the phone, not feasible. Need to keep connected to power at all times and if disconnected and reconnected, need to input time again. That’s why there is no return, as they know it is useless and nobody would want to keep it. Threw it in the trash after 2 days.

Useless outdated obsolete product. Customer care also talking round the bush . Not giving solution of the problem.

ITS LIKE TOY
I'm quite disappointed with this camera. The video and image quality is poor, not at all what was advertised. The mobile app is also very difficult to use – it’s not user-friendly, often crashes, and the setup process was frustrating. I expected a much better experience for the price. Would not recommend this product unless major improvements are made.

Not worth the price
1. It needs to be connected to a power source at all times. Doesn't have a built in battery. This is a huge drawback. 2. Camera video/picture quality is very poor. 3. It's not convenient to configure it to connect to a network. I could do it. But I'm certain, most won't be able to. 4. The android app is very intrusive. Am uninstalling it.
