Replacing our (in my opinion) hideous counters isn't an option for us at the moment so I've toyed with the idea of contact paper for a few months... Mixed reviews on a variety of other products meant I'd held off and was convinced that anything I bought would just look cheap/tacky or be a nightmare to apply. I'm so, so glad I decided to go for it with this product! • I decided to go for the Matt finish as the gloss seemed a bit too shiny for my liking in some other customer photos but that's my personal preference. I worried this might not make the surface as wipe-clean as gloss but the finish is BEAUTIFUL and still wipes clean no problem at all 🌟 • Application was surprisingly easy! My husband gave me a hand initially to unroll as the roll was so tight and kept folding back on itself but after I got the hang of it, I completed the entire kitchen single-handedly. Unroll 2-3 inches at a time and align the edge before you unroll further. Use a credit card to ensure no bubbles then it's quick and easy to unroll the rest and stick down to the remainder of the space. There are YouTube videos out there that may help you if you're not so confident at applying but I would advise having a guillotine to make sure you've got a straight edge - this will make it easier to apply to the next section of the counter. I found it a little tricky to apply to the second section and stuck down about 8 inches of the counter before needing to unpeel and lift of two more times during my application - it stuck back NO problem at all and you'd never know it was taken on and off again. I then applied some white sealant I bought from Tesco to seal off all of the edges which has made it watertight and neatened any of the edges that weren't entirely flush with the wall and sink. • My ONLY complaint was the roll was a little short of my counters and I had to cut a bit more of the leftover roll to cover the lip of my countertops. It was perhaps 1 inch too short for this! This is hardly noticeable and I did know this would happen as I measured up before I purchased. But just be aware! I will definitely be purchasing another couple of rolls to cover other surfaces around the house and also for repairs / in the event that I need to reapply to the counters. I feel this product was cheap and easy enough to reapply that I'd be happy to replace if I needed to for any reason! And I can't tell you how many compliments we've received from friends and family on the quality - several people couldn't quite believe it was a vinyl sticker and could easily have been a new countertop!

The quality is great; I’ve had it on my counter tops for almost a year and it hasn’t budged. I did seal the edges with silicone especially around the sink to make it waterproof. It’s all held up really well and looks so good. Managed to apply it with zero bubbles too, it’s nice and thick and easy to handle, great quality. Sticks really well. Super impressed for the price!

Lovely thickness and textured finish. A warm medium grey colour. Took a chance to try it out. But didn’t match the place I originally had in mind to put it. Ended up using it to recover a cardboard door barrier. That I made up to stop the dog going in our bedroom. As she try’s to pull all the pillows off the bed. Arrived well packaged and was able to use it all. Where most flimsy films arrive where the sellotape seals mark the first piece to unwind. Not with this, as the quality is so good. The sellotape was easily removed and it’s actually quite hard to rip this stuff. Due to its thickness, it was a dream to work with. No air bubbles, tears or creases. I have seen people re cover their counter tops with film. If I ever need to in the future, this would be the one that I would buy. I’m now thinking it will be ideal to recover the top of my mums vanity sink unit. As the film she purchased was a nightmare to use, when it came to cutting around the sink. So I gave up trying and just painted it. Which spoilt the overall affect. But with this film I believe I will be able to achieve it. So I’ll order more once I know the colour will go along with the other greys in her bathroom. I wish much more films were made to such a high quality as this one. The thin versions are a pain when they tear or get scratched easily. I highly recommend this film. The concrete design is very uniform, with no sudden splats of larger pattern. So looks far better than most of the concrete patterns I’ve seen.

I have been looking for marble effects without gloss for awhile and when I saw these I knew they'd be worth the money ! . It doesn't look cheap or fake honestly the only downfall is when it's down its stuck !! So I made one or 2 mistakes and couldn't fix it ( which is more my fault honestly) but it looks really really nice and it's definitely durable

I intend to do a full kitchen renovation after the lockdown is over, so I wanted a cheap and easy uplift for my kitchen in the meantime as we are spending so much time in it. This is nothing like the cheap contact paper you find elsewhere. It's really thick and the pattern is perfect and It feels like a real countertop. It goes on easily and looks great. My only (small) issue is that it wasn't quite wide enough to cover the entire countertop- It's 61 cm and my countertop is 67 cm. I tried a few tests and found that if you put a strip at the back and use the full sheet to go over the curve on the edge of the counter it looks fantastic. I am so impressed and I would highly recommend.

Installed it on a wall. + The bricks are good looking, like the color + The other side of the sheet has a grid pattern, making it easy to cut straight + The peel and stick tech is working well, easy to apply and remove + You can create cool transition effect by cutting around the brick (see pictures) - As said in a different review, the scale of the bricks changes slightly from roll to roll. This means that you can have to bricks alligned at cm 0, and then 50 cm bellow you have an offset of a couple millimetres. It's not the end of the world but if you look closely you can see mismatches because of that. - The rolls start seemingly randomly, it would have been nicer if they all started at position 0, making it easier to do a whole wall without excessive cutting

I bought this from Australia, because I couldn't find anything comparable down here. The shipping was pretty fast considering the distance. I live in a rental apartment on a student budget, so any changes I want to make have to be cheap and can't be permanent, that's why I wanted to try this. The adhesive film looks really pretty and the glossy marble effect looks almost real. What I like about it most is that the film is very thick and quite scratch resistant, so you don't need to fear accidently tearing the film when applying it. However, the thickness and stiffness can also make it rather difficult to apply the film in the first place. Patience is key here. Even if there are air bubbles left in the end, making a small prick to get rid of them is not a big deal because the holes are invisible. Have a look at my before-after pictures - I'm happy with the result and I love the look of our kitchen now!

Ich suchte nach einer selbstklebende Folie mit Marmorlook und matter Oberfläche.... So bin auf dieses Produkt grkommen, von allen Folien, die teuerste, aber sie ist ihren preis wert. Entsprechend der Überschrift und Name des Produktes ist sie matt, in der Beschreibung steht jedoch hoch glänzend, was der Folie nicht entspricht, sie ist matt... Ich habe lange gezögert, es mir immer graust, Folie aufzukleben, da es mir schwer so gut und blasenfrei gelingt, diese plan aufzukleben. Zum Halloween Tag habe ich mir ein Ruck gegeben, und diese dann doch auf meine schubladenfront aufgeklebt und siehe da es ging super gut.... Ssas wichtigste zum Produkt Die Folie ist matt und hat einen Marmorlook und von der Haptik sehr leicht rauh und fühlt sich somit wie eine echte Marmorplatte an...... das finde ich sehr gut an der Folie, spitzenmässig..... Zur Bearbeitung: Sehr positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Folie und das Trägerpapier dicker und stabiler als übliche Folien sind, das macht es bissl handlicher bei der Bearbeitung, desweiteren ist die die Klebeseite der Folie strukturiert und der Kleber stark genug, aber nicht zu stark, so dass es sich bei versehentlichen Kleben problemlos abtrennt, üblicherweise läst sich bei anderen Folien mit zu starker klebewirkung teile nicht mehr heil auseinanderziehen.... Aufgefallen ist mir auch, dass die Folie, stark klebend ist, jedoch liesse sich zum Nachjustieren auf der zu verklebende Fläche auch mal problemos abziehen und nachkleben, ohne dass sich die Folie verzieht oder nicht mehr so gut klebt, was bei manch andere Folie mal passiert... Beim aufkleben, hatte ich keine Schwierigkeiten mit eingeschlossen Luftblasen, liegt auch wohl dran, dass die Folien auf der klebeseite leicht strukturiert ist und so die Luftblasen leichter rausstreichen... Was mir auch sehr gut gefallen hat, dass die Folie, so dick sie auch war flexibel und leicht, um kanten biegen/knicken liess und ein eckige Kante zu bewerkstelligen war, sadurch konnte ich meine schublade auf der Vorder und Rückseite aus einem Klebestreifen bekleben und um die kante umbrechen... Im grossen und ganzen bin ich so fasziniert, dass es doch problems war die Folie zu bearbeiten und dass es mich von der Optik und Haptik an realen Marmor erinnert, das ich weiter anwendungsfelder fur die verbliebene Folie finde.....
