It’s a food grade plastic ware. Very useful in prepping a large quantity of food. It has an indicator at the side.

I purchased this to use with our precision cooker. I needed a big container to hook the device onto and his works perfectly!

Perfect size for full racks ribs and brisket Sous Vide. Extremely well made! Highly recommend. Lid https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08LL5NRYQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is a good match for Sous Vide use.

Exactly as pictured/described. I use these for cat little trays for cats that are injured, have had surgery, or little kittens. They are perfect for that. A restaurant supply website is selling the exact same 2 for $93!!!! So this is quite a deal.
