I was hesitant at first due to the price, but I wanted something other than the artificial tasting pre mixes I have tried in the past. I also didn't want to make my mix from scratch for various reasons so I gave this a try. I’m not one of those “almond moms” and honestly never buy organic but the first thing that caught my attention is the premium small list of ingredients—specifically the single-pressed limes and agave nectar. The thing I hate the most about other premixes is the artificial taste, so it makes sense I would go for the exact opposite. This mix gives a fresh-squeezed, homemade taste rather than an artificial one. It has a perfect non-syrupy texture, and a smooth, balanced flavor of both tart and sweet. I purchased a blanco tequila to mix with it. Blanco tequila is crisp, and agave-forward which complements the mix beautifully without being overpowering. Overall the margaritas came out clean, vibrant, and with a nice crisp balanced flavor. I purchased 2 bottles of mix, and 1 bottle of tequila which yielded me 16 margaritas, perfect for the party I was hosting. I also purchased a sugar free strawberry syrup for those who wanted a flavored drink option. My guests who used it said it mixed well and created a fabulous strawberry rita!

While the product tastes great, it is pricey. Additionally, putting this is a glass bottle adds additional weight to shipping.
