This is an amazing product. I was feeling constantly tired and no amount of sleep could make me feel properly rested. I started taking it last year and within a couple of weeks I started to feel much better and more energetic. I was so fed up feeling aweful I also decided to force myself to go for 1 hr walk daily to boost my health. I started to acctually enjoy it. After 2 months I started another pack and then another. At 2nd pack I felt completely myself and back to normal. Now I am taking it to support my body and the thyroid. If you felt as aweful as me and had no quality of life and been constantly tired, then try this product, it worked wonders for me.

With modern farming practices,,,selenium has now become depleted in the soil and yet, it is very important for our health. Not sure what I can say here so go look up selenium and all the massive benefits, It is a very protective mineral and plays a key role in staying well. I went for this organic selenium for several reasons and will be doing a repeat order. Highly recommended. UPDATE Nov' 23: I take this as a protective element (see Dr Peter Glidden's report on Selenium. He states why ALL women should take this! This has also heled my digestion issues, helped stop thinning hair and improved my enery levels. I like that it has added Silica and a small amount of Iodine from a seaweed source. I ran out for a month and was fine for a while but started to not feel so good again. Went back on this and restored my general feeling of wellness again. A must for me!

This product would seem to tick all the boxes. It is selenium and iodine sourced from certified organic real foods. No, not nutrients harvested from mould in a lab! But ive orderedit twice in the last few months and each time, the date is either obscured by smudging or illegible due to a weak print. And the person I ordered it for refuses to consume it without it being properly dated and sealed.

I can’t quite believe what a difference these tablets have made to my life. Previously I was very tired ALL the time. I would manage to get through the morning but would then sleep all afternoon, then all night. I just wanted to sleep, I was SO tired. It took a few days before I started feeling more alive, and able to get through most of the day. Now, weeks on, I can’t believe how much energy I have, and don’t need any naps during the day. Whatever these pills are, so so grateful. I have my life back! Thank you.

I purchased these for my mum after a friend at uni studying nutrition recommended them for thyroid and immune health as mum had been feeling low energy and struggling. I ordered the sea kelp with the selenium as seemed like they would work well together. They arrived next day and was great to see they are completely organic and nothing else added but the active ingredients and from my understanding, having everything from a whole food source is much better for the body and better absorbed. Mum has only been taking them a few days and seems to notice a difference, placebo or not its nice to her feeling better already as I didn't expect that

I am so excited to have found this supplement for my thyroid, energy levels and most important hair loss. I am a medical provider and have been going to doctors for 20 years to figure out why I lose hair. No one can tell me anything. Doctors don't want to find the root causes or treat the body as a whole. They just focus on the one symptom or problem and recommend RX drugs. I have a couple of autoimmune conditions in addition to hypothyroidism and low stomach acid and slow digestion is a problem. I have learned over the past 20 years that the type of supplements I take really make a difference. Some supplements are so chemical based and my body just does not react well to these supplement or break them down. I have discovered staying with whole food based supplements and organic when possible works best for my body and my health. I did a ton of research recently and discovered that women with low thyroid are typically deficient in zinc, selenium, and iodine. I had no idea that this was a big part of my hair loss! I am losing hair even on the RX thyroid medication. Whether I take the RX or I don't (I have tried to get off several times to see if the hair loss improves and it does not). I was having problems with scalp tenderness, very dry brittle hair, and hair loss. This supplement has helped so much with the scalp tenderness. I ordered another supplement from a naturopathic doctor that is supposed to help boost T3 conversion but that supplement smells so strong of artificial chemicals and I get a stomachache when I take it. I am going to stick to this organic supplement and start giving it to my daughters. Many women are deficient in these essentials nutrients and develop Thyroid issues due to a lack of nutrients. I never get a stomach ache whether I take it with food or without and the capsule is not too big for anyone who has trouble swallowing. What would make this supplement even better? If it contained Zinc, then it would be the perfect trifecta of nutrition.

Gute Qualität. Preis könnte weniger sein. Ich nehm jeden 2.ten Tag einen Kapseln und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Sehr gut finde ich auch dass da etwas Jod dabei ist, man sieht auch dass es für Wimpern ganz gut ist, da sie länger und dichter werden.. das kann aber auch an Jod liegen was ich zusätzlich zu den Kapseln dazu nehme (da das Jod in den Kapseln nicht sonderlich hoch dosiert ist) .

Die einnahme dieser kapseln, Normalisiert mit dem Verzicht auf Weizenprodukte die Werte der Schilddrüse bei einer Unterfunktion. Bereits nach 1 1/2 Monaten einnahme hatte ich das gefühl mehr hunger zu haben und mittlerweile habe ich die L-Thyroxin einnahme nach absprache mit meinem Arzt um die hälfte reduziert. Bin Rundum zufrieden. Update 07.12.2018: Dieses Nahrungsergänzungsmittel hatte ich eingenommen mit dem Ziel, die Unterfunktion der Schilddrüse zu normalisieren. Nun nach bereits einiger Zeit nehme ich lange keine Schilddrüsentablette mehr und mir geht es in kombination mit diesen NEM, einer -Gesunden- Ernährung und täglicher Sonne (NEM-Vit.-D3-Hochdosiert) blendend. Kann diese Nahrungsergänzungsmittel mit reinem Gewissen empfehlen.

I love that this selenium is organic. Does not leave and bad taste in your mouth.

I'm happy to have found a selenium that is whole foods source! I've been taking this for a few months and have gotten my thyroid antibodies back to a low range.
