Question 1

Is this unit nsf/ansi certified?  i see others are, so wondering if this unit is as well.  i don't see any documentation so far anywhere.

I have not used the water filter system yet but I checked the box and all written material but could not find any indication about being certified by any organization. I can say it is well made from heavy duty stainless steel. It is really up to the filters inside to purify the water and the filters look and feel well made. I don't like products made in China and this was made in China but it looks good. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Do the ceramic filters need to be replaced? How often? Thank you.

Regarding this issue, Our filter element is recommended to be replaced after one year of use, but it depends on the quality of your water. Our ceramic filter element can be cleaned. When the water flow becomes small and the filter is not clean, you can use the scouring pad that comes with us to clean it (about 2-3 weeks can clean), Use like new after washing. if you have any further questions, Please contact the customer service asap.Thank you.

Regarding this issue, What you should say is the filter element, we will put the replaceable filter element in our store fachioo in the next three months, please don't worry, our filter element can be cleaned, we suggest that it can be replaced in about a year, and then 2- It can be opened and cleaned after 3 weeks, and it can be used again, almost like new. if you have any further questions, Please contact the customer service asap.Thank you.
