works great, long wires for power and controller bright and looks great, only think that isnt good is the suction cups but i bent the brackets and screwed it into my rear window pillars as its long enough for them and it works perfectly fine

I recently picked up this traffic adviser light bar off Amazon, and after getting it installed and running, here’s my full take on it after some hands-on time. Packaging & Setup: The Amazon box it arrived in was slightly damaged, but the actual lightbar box inside was in perfect shape. The manual is very short, but assembly is pretty straightforward. It comes with brackets (basic, but functional), suction cups (including extras), and screws in case you want a more permanent mount. I read mixed reviews on the suction cups, so I had my own backups just in case. Build & Appearance: The light bar itself feels solid and looks great. The LED quality is impressive, only time will tell if they will last—the lights are very bright and the colors are sharp and clear. It fit nicely in the rear window of my Ford Taurus, though the window angle does make it tricky to get the bar pointing perfectly straight back. The angle adjustment hits its limit before getting quite there, so I might need to DIY a better bracket or adjust it myself later on. Brightness & Patterns: Brightness is one of the highlights here. The LEDs are strong enough to shine clearly through dark legal window tint, even in well-lit areas. It features 26 flash patterns, which is more than enough for most needs, and switching through them is simple. I set mine to pattern 7 as a favorite and love how visible it is—even in partial daylight. Controller & Usability: Here’s where it loses a star: the controller. It works, but it’s not backlit, which makes it hard to see at night unless you turn on an interior light. The way it displays active patterns is also a bit confusing—some of the light indicators bleed into others, making it tricky to tell what’s actually selected, especially on more complex patterns. Another downside: the controller mount. It comes with a plastic slide-on piece and double-sided tape, but it doesn’t clip or lock in securely, so the controller tends to shift or wobble while driving. I had to reinforce it with extra tape just to keep it in place. Definitely not ideal, and it feels like a bit of an afterthought in an otherwise solid package. Overall: This light bar looks fantastic, is easy to install, and offers strong brightness and versatile patterns. It’s great value for the price. If they improved the mounting options and updated the controller with a backlight and a more secure bracket, this could easily be a 5-star product. Overall, for the price, I have no complaints. Suction cups are supple and hold well. Power cables are adequate in length. The control box works as intended. If I had one request, and for the price, and this would be nit-picking, it would be for the control box to not have chrome buttons, and backlit would be even better. The chrome is like circa 1989 and the lack of backlit button makes it difficult to operate at night. Once again, for the price, I have no complaints. This thing is more than bright enough to shine through my rear tinted window in the sun. While there is some reflection, it is minimum if you’re not staring into the rear view mirror. I would love to speak about longevity, but I doubt it will see enough use for longevity to be a problem.

Pretty good light bar it does what it’s suppose to. Which it had different useful patterns but overall ok. Use adhesive double sided tape for it instead of the rubber suction cups. The auction cups push the bar further away from the window and if you have tint it won’t be to bright on the outside and a lot in the inside like my video. I’m going to use double sided tape and place the bar closer to the window to prevent light inside.

Lightweight, functions as it should. However, I had to ditch the suction cups and mount it with 3M trim tape (As the glass heated up from the sun, the cups lost hold) Otherwise, clean install and I'm happy.

I wanted a cheap light bar I could put inside the rear glass of my 2021 RAM Classic 1500. I didn't want a roof mounted version and only needed it to be visible from the rear. This one has worked really well. It is bright and has many functions, including directional signals. Plugs into a cigar lighter and has a mountable control pad. I did have to screw the pad holder to my dash because the summer heat in the south kept melting the glue off the backing plate, one small screw did the trick. I've been using the lightbar for a few years now and am happy with it.

The light bar looks great and functions as intended. Installation was very simple. However the sliding rear window on my Ram cannot fully due to hitting the suction cup bracket.
