My mobile scanner installation of a Uniden Home Patrol needed a reverse polarity connection. The right angle takes the stress off and provided a clean hook up.

I didn't use it with a camera, so camera quality is not applicable. Not sure yet about durability, it has only been a few weeks, and haven't connected or disconnected much. Probably just a few times while setting it up. Sturdiness is excellent, it connected flawlessly to the microphone. .

It is exactly what you expect. The cable is nice and thick, plug's curved 90 degrees as described. The length of the cable is also what you chose. I wish the block was a bit smaller so you could hide it and it didn't bulge out a little better. Not a big problem.

A great alternative for dash cam power supply over usb instead of cigarette lightee connector that stop working after a while
