Arrived in short order. Love making Palm Butter stew from time to time. Couldn't be any easier...1 can Trofai, 1 can water, add an onion some salt and cut up pieces of cooked chicken breast. Bring to slow boil, reduce heat and simmer an hour while mixing from time to time. Pour over rice, salt to your liking. Works with cut up pieces of pineapple, banana or mango stirred in as well. Had some last night, real comfort food for sure.

CONTAINS SPICES!!!
This product used to just contain palm pulp, water, and salt. The new version contains spices --- and the types of spices are NOT DISCLOSED!! Sadly I did not realize this until after adding it to a dish, and given food sensitivities, had to discard the dish. Buy another brand.
