For a couple of decades I have taken Melatonin. I started taking it when I was working 3rd shift(I worked 3rd shift for 30 years). Back then it was only available in 2-5mg doses. And it helped a lot with my sleep.Over the years it has become available in higher doses and I had used those too. Then I found Vitabod 20mg Melatonin on Amazon. Absolutely worth it! It works quickly. Dissolves within a few minutes. I’ve been using it for about a week now and haven’t noticed any side effects. *ps- I don’t normally let them dissolve,as I don’t like sublingual stuff.

My wife and I have been using this product for some time now but the last order we received is not what we have gotten in the past and of course it is not returnable. The taste is very strong, leaves a bad taste in the mouth and backs up into the throat and burns the nose. Seems like the product manufacturer did not put enough Natural Berry Flavor to cover up the taste or there is too much of another ingredient. Still does its job once the taste goes away.

These are definitely strong and work. The flavor is the only issue. Its very chemical tasting and not much to it. The Carlyle brand ones taste far better, but 12mg melatonin is highest melatonin you can seem to get in a dose from them. If you can deal with a minute or 2 of a chemical type berry flavor in your mouth, these work and dissolve well. I think i can deal with the overall taste for better strength of melatonin. Carlyle offers what appears to be "higher" mg of melatonin, but you need to read the ingredients. Their ones over 12mg are a melatonin "complex" which isn't bad, but just not stronger melatonin, 12mg is highest that hrand has, others are complex with melatonin 12mg, beet root, chamomile extract and/or ashwagandha root extra mixed together. So overall this seems to be a good value and strong. They are market at half pill to make a half dose easier. Size is good for its strength. Only downside is its overall taste as you take it, but for it effectiveness its worth dealing with.

These are fast, dissolve, taste good no icky after taste and are quick acting. These are the best melatonin product I have ever used. I have purchased these for other friends with sleep issues and they have been happy as well.

I want to say first and foremost that I intentionally waited at least two weeks before posting a review to ensure results were consistent. As a true insomniac, I'm not sure what is unique about this melatonin but it works better than any I've taken. I also don't get the weird night terrors melatonin supplements have given me in the past. People complain about flavor, I don't care. When you truly struggle with sleep, to the point you're getting single digit hours over several days of time . . . I don't need it to taste like Skittles. I need it to work. The ones that tasted like fruit gummies didn't work. I sleep consistently for the full night. I don't struggle to get up in the morning like with diphenhydramine. It's a restful and cozy sleep. It even helps me on nights like weekends when I don't take it to stay regular. As long as this continues to work, you will have a customer in me.

My wife and I were heading from California to North Carolina for a convention, so I got a bottle to take with us. This was excellent for helping with jet lag to and from our destination. There was Zero side effects and absolutely no taste or smell. I usually take two in order to go to sleep at night at least an hour before bedtime. These tablets dissolve quickly and have no discernible texture or smell.

If you need something to pack a punch get these. Any Lower dose of melatonin doesn’t work for me and I refuse to take prescribed meds. On a tough night I’ll take 2 and knock out. But beware, you will have some crazy dreams! Otherwise I get sleep guaranteed and absolutely need that especially on antibiotics that cause insomnia. The taste is fine a little sour but I just drink water after it dissolves. These are the best I’ve found!

This item works very well. Since using it, slept like a baby. Highly recommend.
