Perfect Home / Small Business Server or Workstation
I have two of these small computers being used as home servers for my small business.; one running NetBSD and the other running OpenSUSE Leap. Nothing stumps these little computers! Very powerful, runs quietly and efficiently in the background. Power efficient too - very little heat output. Lots of great IO, and in general these models are easy to upgrade. I purchased refurbished and arrived looking almost new. I highly recommend it!

Compact and work great as Office workstations
I uses two of these in my office one as a Management computer to manage our primarily Cisco Network & devices, so it is Air Gapped from the internet, and really only runs MobaXTERM via SSH and some GUI interfaces on the ASA and ISR's so its not realy getting a heavy workout. I have it mounted under the desk on a bracket and use a Wireless Mouse & keyboard, so the Dell is pretty much out of sight/ out of mind. It just works! The other one I use for day-to-day tasks, such as Excell, and the Web. (No games) again, nothing super heavy processor loading, files are served remotely, also mounted under desk. And it really works well. Overall I really like these for their small footprint, and compactness, and they have all the Interfaces one would need in a modern office including built in WiFi, and an actual RJ45 port. Highly recommend if you don't need heavy-duty processing power, or very large local storage (After all, thats what servers and NAS are for, right!)

Defective item,
I would say just stay away from these exact seller, first of all the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices are external, and they don’t work very well, also this computer was going off and on by itself, thus interrupting my daily work routine many times during my work. Like it would work for a couple days normally and then it’ll start again and there was no other way to deal with it then to return it and getting a computer from another seller, which I did but in the end I got about $120 less refund somehow. Even though I included the keyboard and mouse, which I never even used in the return box., and this computer itself was the same condition that I received. You never wanna have this kind of experience. Stay away…

Could be better
"The listing was a bit misleading regarding the internal hardware. The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi were provided via external USB dongles, which occupied two of the limited USB ports. This was disappointing since the machine has a dedicated internal M.2 Wi-Fi slot and pre-installed antenna wires ready to go. I had to spend an additional $25 to buy a proper internal Intel Wi-Fi 6E/BT 5.3 card. Furthermore, while the OptiPlex 7070 supports two drives (one M.2 NVMe and one 2.5-inch SATA), the faster NVMe drive was removed and replaced with a cheaper 2.5-inch SSD. To make matters worse, the mounting screws for both the Wi-Fi card and the M.2 SSD slot were missing from the motherboard. I ended up spending another $100 to install a high-speed NVMe drive to get the performance I expected from a 9th Gen i7 system." Otherwise, I'm happy.

Not a Grade A renewal.
Definitely not a Grade A product. Dirty, not cleaned power supply. Used generic wireless k/b and mouse with no batteries included. I’d rather prefer new wired Dell’s set.

Workhorse!
These are built to last. I installed Linux Mint and run it 24/7. I added 16GB of RAM for $45 to give me 32GB. I have purchased several reconditioned Dell Micro Form Factor computers over the years and have had no problems with any of them. The first thing I do is open it up and brush and blow the dust out. Especially in the fan. This varies by the company that reconditions them. It seems some don't bother to clean them much but it's a very simple fix. I recently tried a couple of new inexpensive Chinese made micro computers but had nothing but trouble with both of them. One had to be returned as it could not even be turned on. New Dell computers are much more expensive so I'll stick to the reconditioned ones as they become available.
