I’ve been using this heating pad for relief from back and shoulder pain, and it works really well. The large size is a huge plus because it covers multiple areas at once, making it super versatile. The **six heat settings** let me adjust the warmth to what feels most comfortable, and it heats up quickly, which I love when I need fast relief. The **Velcro straps** are a great feature, keeping the pad in place without needing constant adjustments. I also appreciate the **auto shut-off** for safety. The soft, plush material feels comfortable, and the fact that it’s **machine washable** makes it easy to maintain. The heat is evenly spread out, which helps with sore muscles and tension. It’s really comfortable to wear and does a great job relieving pain. However, I had trouble figuring out how to wear it properly because the **instruction booklet** was not helpful at all. It didn’t explain how to position the pad correctly, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s a good heating pad with effective features, but better instructions would make it perfect.

Very nice quality material, appears well made and heats up quickly as stated. Very simple to set up and use, and though too soon to state how effective it will be in the long term, does provide some comfort and relief in the first instance.

I’ve never had one of these before. I bought it to help with an SI joint flare up and it’s been amazing, the directly applied heat really eases the pain and helps mobility. There are a few of these plug in ones at around this price with similar features and range of reviews so not an easy choice but I opted for this one and after its first week of daily use, so far, it’s been great! I can’t fault it. It really seems to be helping my recovery. I have a 34/36 inch waist and it fits fine, if the Velcro was perfectly aligned it would probably fit a 40 inch waist, from there the Velcro will probably allow for a waist anything between 28-46 inches, but the bigger or smaller you are the less Velcro will be gripping unless you modify it by adding extra. It gets plenty hot, very quickly, I usually find setting 3 out of 6 is adequate. The lead is long enough to get up and take 2 or 3 steps if it’s plugged in next to you. It has a timer option so it’ll shut off automatically after 1,2,4 or 6 hours.

Really impressed with this heat pad — it’s large, soft, and stays in place thanks to the Velcro strap. Heats up quickly with multiple settings, and the auto shut-off is a great safety feature. Perfect for back and shoulder pain relief!

Lovely product but too small for me. The wrap round was too tight as 6/8 inches are doubled over. Have ordered another one 10 inches longer so will see if there is more fabric to go round me! Size 16

Gorgeous plush material. Heats up quickly and evenly and due to its shape it can be used in a variety of ways. Keeps you warm and soothes muscles at the same time.

This heat pad was purchased as get a lot of lower back pain and works effectively for pain relief, it is very good at warming up quickly and build quality is good, it is comfortable to the point you do not realise it's around you (until you go to get off the sofa and still attached), there are different heat settings with considerable noticeable differences and different duration settings, 1,2,4 and 6 hours. We bought two as very good value for money.

Me ha funcionado muy bien para mis contracturas en las lumbares. Se fija bien a la cintura como una faja. Alcanza la temperatura correcta (ajustable en intensidad y tiempo), es suave y se guarda en poco espacio.
