Push them in all the yhe way!
Slightly improved sound quality due to better fit and definitely helped with cutting out noise! You just need to push them good until the plastic is flush with the metal part. Otherwise it sounds a little less loud

Ew... Silicone Ear-tips? No fear, Comply is here!
These are like a must buy once you get new earphones. So I've been using these for probably over 6-months and I can't tell you how comfortable these are. Usually regular conventional ear-tips that come with earphones are trash and wouldn't stay in your ear no matter the size you use. That's when Comply shows up with these nice premium foam ear-tips that stay contours to your ear hole, and will stay so well you can go jogging and still they wouldn't come off. In terms of comfort, they're super comfortable unless you get a size too large, so there may be trial and error. They also do a lot better then silicone tips in noise isolation since they contour to your ear, blocking off any space. Installation will take a lot of twisting as the plastic core is stiff, but that's good so they wouldn't fall off. In terms of waterproof, they would become really mushy and kind of smelly, so try not to get it too wet. They will recover though, so don't worry too much. One downfall however, is that they look kind of ugly, but subjective to others. I've been using 1 of the 3 sets for the past 6+ months with my JayBird Blubuds X, and its still running well. Definitely a great buy!

Great IEM”s for stage.
These sound so much better than the wave IEM’s I got quad BA supposedly, iPhone app for the mold and $400 spent. I only spent $40 for these and they are so good, I bought 4 more for my worship team mates. This Sunday worship was the best ever. WOW.

Good quality, last 2-3 months per pair if used properly.
I don't know what these people are doing to rip these things up after only I few uses. I use my headphones almost everyday and use them to workout as well. I make each pair of tips last about 3 months. You cannot just shove these in your ears, roll them and insert them like you would with any foam ear plug. I use these on my Audio Technica IM 02s and they provide much better sound isolation and better bass response. They are pretty comfortable, I can wear them for hours. The only negative I have is the average price for 3 pairs, where when I used to have Shure IEMs, I could get 5 pairs of Shure brand for the same price as 3 pairs of Comply. Shure's foam quality is slightly better and lasted a little longer as well. If you have Shure earphones, or any earphone that uses the Comply T100, go with the Shure brand foam tips.

They work well, seals well and stays in my ears .
These work great for my ears. I was using the silicone "mushroom" style ones for several years in my IEMs and they never really quite sealed my ear canal which in turn created a loss of bass response. This wasn't good as I am the bass player :-/ I popped these on my IEMs and was quite happy that they fit and sealed my ear very well and more importantly, stayed in place (the other ones would slip out over time). The mediums worked for my ears (it's always a crap shoot when buying items based on size like these). Priced well and worked for me.

High quality
I recently purchased a more affordable set of foam tips, and now I’ve got the comply. You can definitely feel the difference in quality.

New life to my KZ ZSTs
I have always had issues keeping normal earbuds in my ears so, in ear headphones are a must for me. I initially got a set of comply tips for my gym/running headphones (BHS-760) and was really happy with how they held up to not only extended use but, they toughed out sweat and grime really well too! I use KZ ZSTs for my normal everyday computer use and replaced the tips with comply as well. Between school, work and games I have easily spent 8-10hrs with these on with little to no discomfort. My only real complaint is that when they do get grimed up they can be a bit of a pain to clean but, compared to how often I was replacing other uncomfortable earbud tips. . . the 3 pack order is definitely on my order again list.

Excellent (and expensive) disposable earbuds
I was thinking about buying another 3 pairs of these but reading other reviews I see I am not alone in my experience, so this time I am going to pass. Last year I bought the S/M/L version in order to try them all and be able to get a good fit. Little I know I was buying disposable earbuds. I used them in my Jaybird BlueBuds X and for sure they are much better than the stock tips. They had a very snug fit with my earphones but having read previous reviews I was expecting this and was able to fit them without any big difficulty. Sadly, the first pair (Medium) lasted about 4 months, using them about 4 times a week (only about 64 use cycles!) and the next pair (Large) did even worse lasting about 2.5 months with the same usage (I assume because of their bigger size - I had to squeeze them harder). The last pair was too small for my ears and kept popping out. Pros: Comfortable Very secure fit Outstanding isolation Cons: Durability is not worth the cost in my opinion Not easy to clean Advice: If you are willing to pay 15 bucks for small and disposable pieces of foam, then read the other reviews and try to figure out your size, so you can get 3 disposable pairs with a combined 10-12 months of durability. In my opinion if you use your earphones to run or do high intensity training (or anything that involves lots of movement) and your current tips keep falling off, the fit they provide might be worth the cost. As for myself I will stick with my almost decent stock rubber tips for the gym.
