A flimsy, soft not good for its purpose round neck support! Expensive and feels like I've been taken to the cleaners...shame on me (and the seller) for not being clear that it was not returnable by this seller. AVOID ALL SELLERS THAT DONT HAVE A RETURN POLICY. It is unopened-Never pulled out of the original packing and not returnable-AMAZON SHOULD NOT ALLOW THESE TYPES OF VENDORS! SHAME ON YOU BOTH!!!! THOUGHT THAT I WAS GETTING A FIRM PILLOW! NOT DIFFERENTIATED IN THE PURCHASE!!!

Nice neck support I am short I use in my recliner

I’ve used neck roll pillows for years so have had a lot of comparisons. Not comfortable, not supportive. Serves no purpose. Wasn’t allowed to return. Look at other options before settling on this one.

Great size for what I needed, but it didn't take any time at all for the pillow, covered to split open along the entire length of the pillow.

I've been looking for a neck roll smaller than the average sizes that are out there and this fits the bill perfectly

TOO SOFT to be beneficial in any way. (Unless someone may WANT this softness. But I don't imagine very many people will want that.) This roll is supposed to be "therapeutic, not softer than a marshmallow ! I RETURNED IT.
