I had other scents from SOTH but they didn’t agree with me - evidently, my body’s PH and pheromones (and whatever else) disagree with some scents, for example anything with citrus , jasmine , or sandalwood smells absolutely foul on me. I used to love aloe vera stick from wild, but now they got sold to unilever I’m out. Needed a replacement. I also used akt for last few months , it’s great, but it is expensive and I find packaging diabolical . I have been using natural deodorants for a very long time ( I’m thinking at least since 2018-2019) and they’ve come a long way since. They are all pretty much the same now in principle, there’s no miracles there , they will not stop you sweat, that’s what antiperspirants are for , but it’s either trading for sweating a little and being healthier, or risking your health using dangerous ingredients in antiperspirants. I know what I prefer; this stick smell is fresh and lovely and I can already tell it will ‘agree’ with my skin really well. It’s also CF and plastic free and this is very important to me. I don’t bother with the plastic ‘ sleeve’ For it as it works great in the paper tube . Very happy indeed. So a next day update: I used the stick after shower this morning, it’s 13:15 and I feel like the lovely fresh scent is completely gone and I maybe over the top checking my armpits for smells extremely close (call it paranoid but I’m a human bloodhound) and I don’t like the aroma I’m smelling. It’s faint , sure but … in my opinion this deodorant failed at deodorising. Another one bites the dust I guess …. I shall keep searching. :(

I’m all about natural vegan and environmentally friendly deodorant. But it has to work. And smell nice. This is all of the above. I esp love the smell. Very happy. Pro tip- put it on at night while your body fluctuates naturally and just top it up in the morning.

I wanted to try a new deodorant as a lot of highstreet ones don't last very long, even though I use a lot, and by the end of my shift I'm self conscious that I smell a bit armpitty. I felt a lot more confident wearing this one at work and wasn't at all conscious of my peri-menopausal increase in B-O. But it does dry a bit crusty under the armpit. Goes on like a thick cream stick but dries. It comes off well enough in the shower with exfoliating gloves but I worry it will block pores or cause a build-up of product. I think I will buy another one though as it genuinely does keep my armpits stink-free all day.

I greatly enjoy the scent from the deodorant and the perception that it is all natural helps me feel good about it. But the quantity in the tube is very small and it always runs out after a couple of weeks. The price is also very high and that stops me from buying more. Getting the bottom part of the material is always a pain. It crumbles, and if you use the lid, a lot of it goes to waste as it falls off to the floor. Paper is an environmental way to package goods, but in the bathroom with steam and wetness, it makes it very difficult to handle. The product is good but only if you ignore the price.

I really love this deodorant, I have been looking for a natural deodorant for a long time, however, I’ve been unable to find one that didn’t dry out my armpits. That may sound really strange, however, I have eczema and find with whatever ingredients are put in natural deodorants. They would make my armpits go sore and dry. This deodorant does not do that, I find it very moisturising. If I wear this on a normal day, I do not have perspiration onto my armpits smell, nice and fresh. If it’s a hot day, I do perspire, however, I do not have any smell apart from the smell of the deodorant. It makes me feel very fresh and clean when I wear this deodorant. The cost financially is a lot more expensive to buy natural, however, for me, I really feel that it is worth it as there are all sorts of nasty ingredients in normal deodorants. For me, the extra cost is absolutely worth it and I will continue to buy salt of the Earth deodorants.

Not impressed with this at all. It's too stiff and when you finally apply it, it's messy and stays sticky for hours and doesn't really do the job. Nice smell but not worth the palaver.

It’s a very clean product: no chemicals. The whole family uses it

It smells nice in the container and keeps me fairly dry but it does little to deodorize on me. I had very high hopes and expect it could work well for someone else just not me...

Stick split in half after 10 days. What am I gonna do right now? I can’t return since it’s already used. I can’t pull it. Trash..
