Packaging could have been better but it was in great condition inside with plastic coverings on the corner to prevents damage. Both sides of the plastic had film covering too, one side obvious, the other less so, but meant the acrylic was pristine beneath. The only flaw is that the metal that it is hooked to feels like it is quite flimsy, sound enough to hold the picture and frame, but like it could snap if I have to take it off the wall and put it back up too many times.

Excellent frame, sturdy without being heavy. It was delivered quickly and was well packaged including the use of corner protectors. Easy to unpack and had my artwork fitted and ready to hang within minutes. Customer service was good too. I asked a question about the rebate of the frame (i.e. the inside depth) so I could check that my artwork would fit comfortably, and they responded quickly with the appropriate information.

Lovely, well made frame! Perfect for my A1 print from Etsy. Saved a lot of money buying frame and print separately.

We also had damage to the back of one of the frames just like some other reviews said, however it is not visible on the frame when displayed
