10/10 for me 💗
Did a comparison of two different mini travel iron on my most wrinkles tee-shirt due to my indecisiveness and to test which one is the best to keep for long term. Since my parents do have a bigger heavier steam/dry iron with lots of buttons; I just want one that is simple, ready to go, that I can keep in my room, and bring on vaca or trips. I did try my best to iron both sides the same amount of time and the same amount of fastness that I did on each side. By no means, am I bias over the other any of these irons, this is my honest first impression review and experience with these irons performance. As you see in the pictures that I’ve provided, the EnzZone dry iron does get most wrinkles out (right side of tee-shirt) but not all; even though I put it to the highest heat setting. I did notice I would have to go back to some areas that still had some wrinkle marks and see if it would take those stubborn wrinkles out, which was a bit bothersome but I digress. The first thing I noticed about the EnzZone dry iron is it has a hot glue gun/plastic smell which is a bit alarming, the edges of the plate are not smooth and does get caught on to the material when ironing, the cord is stiff and a bit short like 4-5 foot long, it is a bit of a nuisance when turning it off since the heat dial is a bit stiff to turn and the detachable handle gets in the way of doing that. That being said you can burn yourself when trying to turn the heat dial off since the hot plate is close to the dial; I did almost burn myself trying to turn it off cuz of the handle being in the way and due to the stiffness. Yes, maybe I could’ve set it down (while it was still on the highest heat setting remind you) and taken off the handle and then turn it off but of course I couldn’t that, why would I want to do that and risk of burning something. Especially, when you’re in a rush; who wants to take their sweet time, sit down, take off the handle and turn the stiff heat dial off while the plate is still hot. To each their own if you don’t mind doing all that. Next, on the left side of the tee-shirt I tested out the Sunbeam that is a steam but can also be a dry iron if you don’t want steam on certain type of material clothing. I would like to note the Sunbeam did not have a glue gun/plastic smell or any type of odor smell, does have smooth edges so you’re able to iron your clothes fast with no worries, has a longer flexible cord (8 foot) compared to the EndzZone, the Sunbeam does not have a on or off button like the EnzZone iron but the tip does have a red light indicator, that lights up every few minutes letting you know it’s on and still hot and producing heat. Of course, in the picture you can see the Sunbeam did a fantastic job getting rid of those stubborn wrinkles out. I did turn the dial to the highest heat setting and did a dry iron test on the left half bottom side of the shirt and then on the top left half side I did a bit of steam to see if the steam worked and it did. I did notice the Sunbeam plate was hotter and producing more heat compare to the EnzZone plate; even though both were put at the highest heat settings. Adding on to the list the Sunbeam’s handle is comfortable to hold, grip and you won’t have any trouble burning yourself when turning the heat dial down. The final ending results were amazing compared side by side as seen in the picture when I held the tee-shirt up you can automatically tell the right side (EnzZone) still had those stubborn wrinkles, even though I did go back a few times over them on the highest heat setting. For the left side (Sunbeam) I in fact DID NOT have to go back and get rid of those stubborn wrinkles! Overall, I’ll say the Sunbeam is a win for me💗!! I’ll admit, I do like how compact, skinny, detectable the handle is on the EnzZone but the Sunbeam had more benefits in the long run for me. For example, the Sunbeam iron produced more heat, has a steam feature off and on if needed, and has less risk of burning yourself when touching the heat dial setting. Hope this review and the pictures help🤗

It's OK. Not incredibly safe. Cheap and gets the job done.
I was not sure what I was expecting with this iron with it being so inexpensive. It gets the job done, but there are some significant annoying flaws with the item. __Good__ *I like that it's small, compact and that it puts out a decent amount of steam. *The shape of the "handle" is actually pretty easy to grip and the iron is pretty comfortable to use considering how small it is. __Bad__ *The dial is almost impossible to turn. Good thing I will probably only use it on high anyway, and I can just keep it there. * When filled, even below the "max fill level" it will leak scalding hot water out of the back where you hold it. Especially when it it at it's marked capacity, when turned on and standing upright, it will actually start to violently spit out near-boiling water out of the front! The first time I filled this and plugged it in to heat it up, it sprayed out about 2-4 tablespoons of scalding hot water onto the table below (not steam). You have to fill it to about half the marked fill line. Any more and you risk getting scalded. * The water tank is sealed by a flimsy "door" and water leaks out of it easily and readily. The water gets very hot and the door is right where you hold the iron. *The iron's base is not very sturdy and many factors make it hard to keep it standing upright. There are no rubber feet on the bottom or anything to grip a surface, just a thin strip of contact makes contact with anything you set it on, paired with the orientation of the power cord (see below) and leaking (see above) this can pretty dangerous. __Shame__ Why does Sunbeam not show the orientation of the cord in any of their images of this item here or on their own website? This is just something that I feel was deliberately hidden because it was put in such a poor spot. It's actually pretty dangerous, bordering on unsafe. You can't really set the iron down on any surface without carefully placing it on the corner of something, and because it also has no rubber feet as mentioned above, any slight bump in the cord will cause it crash down. Yikes! But you know what, it's so tiny. I have no idea where else they could have put it, I just wish the whole thing was pictured. Why did I rate 4 stars with so many negatives? It costs $10 and is still worth it in my opinion, and can be solved by being extra careful and not overfilling, but if these problems bother you, get a better iron.

Travelled through Croatia for 2 weeks with the iron and it worked great! Heated up in 10-15 seconds and was ready to use! Nice long electrical chord and it’s extremely lightweight and easy to handle. Small water reservoir to help with steaming cotton or linen! I loved the ability to switch from 120V (North America) to 220V (Europe). Great little iron at a very reasonable price! Would highly recommend!
