22 lbs and 30 to go
I have been taking this for about 4 months and have lost 22 lbs. really cuts my appetite and my energy is up. The one thing it does is make you have one or two movements a day which for me is a good thing.

Day 1: Drank the tea before bed. It didn’t feel harsh at all and I used the bathroom twice this morning (which is my usual). Perhaps I need to drink more water throughout the day to help flush, but so far, no pain/discomfort Day 2: I had the tea earlier in the evening and I woke up at 1:30am, and I continued to go at 5:15am. I had more water yesterday and I think it helped to move things along. (I never weighed myself because that’d be too discouraging for me, so instead, I will just observe how my clothes feel on me daily.)

WHY BEFORE BEDTIME?
I will come back to edit if this begins working better. It DOES give you more energy but I do not need energy before bed time! This is pure insanity taking it at bedtime!!! And, I barely notice it helping in the bathroom. I drink lots of homemade milk kefir or I would be having trouble. I plan on taking it tomorrow MUCH earlier than bed time. So far this is the third night and I am wide awake after drinking it an hour ago and I normally am ready for bed by 10:30. The instructions to take it at bedtime sure has me puzzled! It really does not matter when we use the bathroom just as long as we do use it! I took it yesterday around noon and it didn’t keep me awake last night.

I like it because it helps me go to the bathroom ...
I like it because it helps me go to the bathroom several times, because I keep eating normally, but it has helped me not to gain weight and lose a few pounds. I already like the taste of others and they are good only varies the price, but they still help you go to the bathroom.

Very good product. However, if you are not ready to eat clean and minimize your intake be ready for Constant restroom trips!!
