This is a decent stand. There are a couple things about it that are kinda silly, but for what I paid for it, I am overall satisfied. the swivel action is cool, but beware if you don't have something weighing the feet down turning it more than 45 degrees in either direction will basically make it tip over from the weight of the laptop. There is also no way to really lock the rotation position. you can make it a little harder to turn by stand, but there's no way you lock it completely. It also can be configured in a COMPLETELY USELESS "Z" shaped configuration for some reason. It would be useful if you could actually lock the rotation, but since you can't, this just makes the shelf rotate very precariously, and your gear can fall off. Not sure why they even made that an option. I WAS able to get the stand to fit inside a 10" mixer case (coffin) but I had to take the plastic end caps off the base to make it fit. The carry bag is nice. Folds and fits in my laptop bag. Not quite as nice as a crane stand elite, but I was looking for adjustable height and fold-able portability without paying $150. This one does the job.

The sturdiness and flexibility of the height and swivel action is exactly what the other stands lacked... Pyle has listened to the gripes of DJs/artists and has made the last stand I will every buy... I have owned the Uberstand, the Crane, Crane Pro, Lstand M, and hands down this is the by far the best stand out there... I love how fast and easy it is to setup and breakdown... Unlike some other stands where you have to hand screw the ends to make sure the platforms stay locked, this has a snap in locking mechanism. I also use it for my Maschine mk2 midi controller and my Traktor s4 balances pretty good on it too... Not only is this a high quality stand, but it's the lowest cost stand @ $45.00. Do yourself a favor and get one, you won't be sorry...

This product is pretty heavy, which for me is a downfall. But I still gave it 5 stars because it works as advertised. I bought another stand, Nexstand, which is also nice because it is super light weight and very compact, but I like this one because I can put my keyboard underneath the laptop and move the laptop closer to my aging eyeballs. It's very sturdy. Yes it bounces a little bit when you type but that's the nature of any of these stands. They will move a bit as you type but it's not a bother. The stand will not fall over unless you really knock it really hard. I have my 15" macbook pro on it and it works well. No issues of toppling over what so ever. Also, I am able to adjust this one higher than my Nexstand, so it keeps my laptop more level with my eyes. It also fits in my backpack.

The item uses the description "adjustable angle". That is untrue or misleading. There are only 2 angles: folded for storage of the stand, and unfolded for use. There is a spring loaded pin that only clicks into position at those 2 angles. You cannot adjust the angle of the upper laptop. That can be a problem if you plan to put a second laptop on the bottom and still be able to see it. I worked around the problem by adding some PVC pipe, attached to the bottom of the stand and to the desk, to change the angle of the entire stand.

It is very sturdy and stable laptop stand. The flat legs allow me to stack two open laptops. The stand goes high enough to easily accommodate the bottom laptop without obscuring it's screen. The paint and finishing is good. It looks great on my work table and saves space. The material seems to be steel. It's not light weight but has a reassuring heft that translates into stability. It's not cheap either but definitely worth the price. I highly recommend it and will buy one again though I don't expect to need another as this stand is sure to last a long time.

Es muy interesante si no tienes mucho espacio donde ponerlo ya que te permite adaptarlo más fácilmente al espacio disponible. Viene con una funda muy útil para guardarlo. Lo uso únicamente para pinchar en eventos y puedo confirmar que es estable hasta con viento. Mi portátil es bastante grande y queda perfectamente colocado. Otra cosa interesante es que es súper rápido de montar / guardar por lo que me es útil cuando voy a eventos.
