Delicious cup of coffee!
We used to own a coffee shop so I am definitely a snob when it comes to coffee beans. I have a subscription to Purity coffee and love it! We were going through quite a bit of coffee so needed to order more. I figured I'd give Fabula a try. Well we weren't disappointed. The coffee is smooth, has a deep flavor, no bitter aftertaste, and is priced fair amongst its competitors. I make coffee in a French Press and also in my Moka pot. I love grinding this brand for our French Press and my Purity coffee for our Moka pot. I love that it's tested for mold....so important for coffee. Smooth, delicious, and low acidity. Makes a great cup of coffee.

Strength
I like the taste, but when I use it in the K-Cup it's too weak for me. I need to use my French press to get the punch I like.

Flavor is excellent.
I bought this as a gift for my parents (70s). They said it’s the best coffee they’ve ever had. They use a very expensive espresso/coffee machine and have tried many coffees. So, A+ for being a great gift. They are hard to buy for and this made them happy!

Excellent Coffee but pricey
As far as taste goes, it is really hard to beat Fabula. We found this company from a reel and after trying it, we're sold. Low acid, great taste and best yet: mold free. Good enough to drink straight; we use it in our espresso machine. Only drawback is it is NOT cheap, but being mold free is an investment in health.

prove your claim of testing
the dark roast is a little weak, the mold they claim to detect, harmful chemicals is a plus, a claim I'd like to see the evidence to establish the proof, where is this company that does all this testing and what do they do when they find a lot that's contaminated and how do they dispose it.
