I love this thing! It was super easy to set up out of the box easy to change the PIN and the thumb reader print reader works great it is sensitive however if you have any dirt or anything like that on your hands it won't read which is great it likes a nice clean thumbprint or fingerprint it's very sturdy and well built storage capacity is pretty decent for a small safe

Absolutely perfect! Needed one for upstairs bedroom, I have a 350 pound one downstairs. I mounted with brass screws and washers inside of oak cabinet. Added two 25 pound dumbbells in bottom of safe. Everything together weighs over 100 pounds now. Its not going anywhere. Great deal. Key is in small box in packing foam if you can't find it. Locking and program works perfect. You need 4 AA batteries

Purchased this safe for our own personal home use. It is the perfect size for all of our documents and hard drives. I love that there a multiple ways of opening the safe. Each method is straight forward and easy to use. We have had this safe for several months now and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great safe.

so far its doing well. hold my ammo and 2 guns. easy to access with fingerprint or code. key as backup, dont need an app. took me a minute to figure out to program but no complaints. brings lag bolts and anchors if you want to anchor it down. will deter a quick grab, not a real safe like Guardall but it isnt meant to be. does the job at a fair price. i recommend and would buy again

I'd say it's decent value for money, but as others have noted, it's more of a sturdy, fancy lockbox than a real safe. Unless you weigh it down with gold bars, it's going to be easy to pick up and walk off with it. The floor plate has openings for four bolts (included) but oddly the back of the safe has only two. I mounted it on a shelf and bolted it into the wall, but I have no doubt that a determined thief with a pry bar could dislodge it in just a minute or two. The manual is the usual Chinglish, and barely adequate. Some of the illustrations are out of sequence (you see image E before you find, on the next page, image D). Because of the poor writing, it's a little frustrating to get it all to work, but with repeated effort and a modicum of patience it's certainly doable. Some users report not being able to figure out how to program multiple fingerprints (the manual is schtumm on this). I think they wrongly assume that programming a new fingerprint will delete the previous one. In reality, you can just repeat the procedure. Between myself and my wife, we have six fingerprints programmed in, and they all work well. The safe unlocks in about a second once you place and keep your thumb or finger on the sensor. The keypad is more limited than we'd have liked. Digits are from 1 through 7, which meant that our first five or six choices for a code were not possible as they all included an 8, 9, or 0. But we figured out a good one in the end that we can both remember. It's clever that there's a way to revive the electronics if the four AA batteries die: by plugging in a USB-C cable and a powerbank (there's a USB port on the underside of the front panel). This won't charge the batteries but it'll restore access to the safe so you can replace them. Pressing any number key will show how much juice the batteries have left, via a three-segment indicator light. Pressing and holding the 1 key toggles the beep on and off. The LED light that automatically illuminates the interior when you open the safe is a nice touch. For 150 bucks, this was a worthwhile purchase.

Great little safe. Quality appears good. One thing to know, it does come locked and it is dead. You have to use a USB power bank and cable to power it up to open it. And also the keys are hiding in the foam that comes as packaging material.

Good quality for the price. I got the bigger one. Holds everything I need it to. The biometric scanner works great. Even reads with not so clean hands. Tried other fingers to see if it could be fooled but it can tell the difference easily. Can program a 3 to 8 number code too. Not the thickest steel and certainly won’t stop someone with a cutting wheel from getting in but not many safes will. Threw a AirTag in taped it under the mat in case it ever gets stolen and transported elsewhere to be cut open. Chose not to mount it. Probably weighs 50-60 pounds when loaded. The interior led light is nice. Not the brightest but bright enough to see what you need to in the dark. The shelf is removable but not adjustable. You either use it or lose it. Battery indicator light on the outside let’s you know how much life is left in the batteries. Comes with a usb c cord to power up the keypad if the batteries ever die and you need to get in. The keys would always work too. Packaged well and arrived undamaged. Shipping was fast. This was the first Amazon delivery in which I was emailed a code to be given to the driver on the day of delivery. I didn’t know that until I bought it so keep that in mind. Luckily someone was home to meet the driver.

Ideal quality and size for what I was looking for, the features work great especially compared to the one that I bought before this one. I think it serves its purpose.
