Good Quality
Great for feeding my wood burning stove and taking the grate out to clean the stove when it is hot. It made tending the fire much more pleasant this winter.

Great gloves
Awesome gloves! They are great for my wood stove use. Thick, long cuffs -- couldn't be better -- I replaced an old used beloved stove pair of gloves and am not disappointed ! Do the job-- Don't hesitate!

Great Gloves
Great gloves. Should have got a pair ages ago. They not only allow me to lay a log directly on top of burning coals - sticking my hand right into the wood stove - but they also prevent splinters when handling and sliding my hand across split wood.

Tough Gloves That Actually Handle the Heat
I picked up the QeeLink Welding Gloves hoping they’d survive my fire pit and backyard BBQ sessions, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. The leather feels durable but still flexible enough to move my fingers without feeling clunky, and the fireproof stitching actually holds up even when I’m handling hot logs or coals. I was a little skeptical at first about whether they’d really protect my hands, but the first time I reached into a blazing fire pit, I felt completely safe and confident. They’re heavier than my usual gloves, but that just adds to the feeling of protection. After using them for a few weeks, I’ve noticed how versatile they really are. I’ve worn them for everything from stoking my fireplace to grilling, gardening, and even handling rough wood or tools, and they’ve held up beautifully. My hands stay comfortable and safe, and the leather seems like it’s only going to get better with time. Honestly, I can see myself using these gloves for years—they’re that reliable. Definitely a must-have if you deal with heat, sparks, or rough outdoor work.

Tough as old boots.
For those wondering whether these are worth the price, if 14 dollar gloves off Amazon really can protect you, I am going to go ahead and tell you, these things are nice. At some point I will upload a picture of what these SOBs look like after 2 semesters of Stick class (including getting me my 3g with backing strap certification). The tips of 3 fingers are burnt to the point of being hard right at the tip, but considering I will often pick up a plate right after welding it (don't do this, these are not asbestos gloves, you will start getting a first degree burn under them in a few seconds if the plate is hot enough) and I weld until I have a nub left of my rod, that is a pretty dang admirable performance. I am going to be blunt, I have put these through about 40 pounds of rods being burned and I just got the first minor hole in them (tip of the middle finger, on the underside, they are still usable) about two weeks ago. To put it another way, I keep all the burned out leather gloves that my classmates throw away for use as leather bits for projects and patching, and I don't think these gloves will be scrap for about another 10 pounds of rods. To put it another way, one of my classmates bought a 28 dollar pair of gloves (high gauntlet though) at the same time as I bought these, and his gloves are currently in my scrap leather pile. Now for the cons: they take a while to work in and are not as dexterous as some gloves (i.e. the old style glove that you can buy 3 pair for 9 bucks at Harbor Freight). They are hot, and collect every bit of sweat your hands have and will give you a very distinctive smell and coating of filth on your hands when you wear them. All in all, they are a good purchase if you are getting into stick welding. By the way, for those thinking "I need my dexterity more than protection" I am just going to say, for overhead, having the ability to take a straight ball of molten steel to the glove and be able to finish the weld with just a 1st degree burn makes these worth it.

Love them, never get burned playing with a campfire again
These are fantastic for campfires. I saw them suggested ina youtube video for when you are campfire cooking and they changed my life lol. You can reach into a fire and not worry about getting scorched; you can grab a super hot campfire grill and pull it out of the fire, you can even grab red hot logs and move them around. They show zero signs of getting scorched or burned and I've been using them all summer to reach into so many fires. Man, I love poking around a campfire. They work great, they're relatively comfortable, though I would say Inever have them on more than a couple minutes. They are a bit big for my fingers but it hasn't been a problem. The stitching seems alright, nothing has come undone or looks like it will. I would say that I waffled about getting the ones with a couple extra inches in the arms. I would probably do that if I could go back in time, but it hasnt beena big problem

These are amazingly protective when barbecuing, using a Komado grill which is supper hot. No heat gets through and great to have the accessibility of thumb and fingers to carry different cooking utensils safely on to / off the extreme heat. Highly recommend. Good quality.
