Its a medicine ball. Has a good bounce and seems to be the right weight, easy to hold.

Perfect exercise ball for light at-home workouts
I purchased this when I started doing physical therapy so I could do my at home workouts. This weighted medicine ball is the perfect size and weight for light at home workouts. I definitely recommend!

A medicine ball that has rough area on the ball for increased gripping. The size and weight is very good. Perfect for core strength and stretching.

Having had major surgery that requires a lot of physical therapy, I purchased this ball to assist with balance and strengthening at home. It arrived quickly, the right size (4 pounds) and is easily stored in my small home. I love having the option of doing the exercises at home to build my strength. I can work this exercise for a few minutes every day and the few minutes I use the ball has quickly helped me to improve my balance!
