Was skeptical about this dryer because of the reviews but am soooooooooo glad I made this purchase. Easy to assemble , super cute and it works great. Am happy.

I've used this hooded dryer twice now, and I have no complaints at all. My hair curly goes down to my mid-back, and drying for 2 hours on the low setting and sleeping overnight in rollers did not get it dry. The second time I did high heat and it was dry within 2 hours. It has good air flow and it is very sturdy. I'm not sure what the on off button is for, because the cool, low, high setting is what turns the heat on and off.

Had for 9 months and it broke. The bonnet (top) broke right off and fell on my head

Dryer looks & works as advertised BUT the wheels are extremely hard to attach properly into the leg “holes”. Also very unclear (and no written instructions, just pictures) how the small silver plate and clips (??) attach. I hate products with picture instructions only. However, the dryer without 4 parts attached seems to work OK and seems to be sturdy so far…we’ll see.

This product was flimsy and top heavy and the feet were too wide to stay behind my salon chair without rolling away. While moving it, the dryer toppled and the neck piece broke. I duct taped it with a metal rod, to hold over until I got a new dryer. I was past the point of return. I took it to the dump, then bought an old school dryer from FB marketplace for $30. They just don't make them these days the way they were back in the day. The color was cute, but I should have focused on functionality over cute. To be fair, the heat/air quality was good, just not a durable piece of equipment.

So glad I made this purchase. Everything was packed well and all pieces in tact. It took me about 10 mins to assemble with no problems. As a Puerto Rican from NY we grow up going to the salon and getting deep conditioners and roller sets. I wanted to get back into that routine for self care so I took a chance on this despite mixed reviews. I sat under with deep conditioner in, rinsed, roller set and sat again. The medium setting as hot enough to do the trick. The bonnet is not deep so you don't get that super close ontop of your head feel like in the hairdresser but because the bonnet is so wide, you feel the hot air around your whole head, on your shoulders and back. It went great. No funny smells, air was hot right away and no issues. If that changes, I'll update.

Gave it 1 star because I couldn’t give it less I didn’t get a chance to use this product until almost a year after purchasing only to find out it doesn’t work at all , plugged it in and there is 0 power to it , now I’m stuck with it would not recommend yes my fault for not trying sooner but who would expect a brand new item not to work
