Hiker's Rectangular Mosquito Net

Absolutely love this bug net. I love to sit outside in my swinging chair but hate bugs. This allows me to sit and relax while enjoying the outside and the breeze. Perfect in every way for me!!

I enclosed myself into the mosquito net due to open window in Colombia. Cover me completely. With the mattress . Great performance!

Just got this in the mail and I'm concerned about the size of the holes. They seem big to me... But I'm new to the world of mosquito nets... Will treat it with permethrin and report back after my Guatemala trip. Also, it's a bit bulky. When packed in the included stuff sack, it's about 6 in. long by 4 in. in diameter. Super light though. Also comes with string and a hook for hanging.

I used this In west Africa and it worked great. It was light and easy to hang. It was good quality with holes small enough no "bugs" got in with me.

Worked great while in India for two months March to April.

This is a large mosquito net, well made, great materials, craftsmanship. Super bargain at this price. Use mine 4 times last weekend on a camping trip to the Fla. Everglades, slept like a baby with no interruptions by pesky bugs or mosquitos.

After two uses, a huge number of holes appeared in the net. The netting is very poor quality and tears very quickly. I do not recommend buying it.

I received this Mosquito Net, and it was well-packaged and arrived on schedule. It was in its original packaging and bag. When I opened it, I found that the size matched the advertised dimensions. This Mosquito Net is easy to use and, most importantly, it does precisely what it's supposed to do. I've used it several times while camping, and it has effectively kept the mosquitoes at bay. It's a practical and reliable addition to any camping gear.

The mesh is awfully wide weave, which means barely anything is kept out by this thing. Mosquitos are generally kept out, but ants get through, as do small spiders. It snags easy, which slows down setup because you have to keep pulling off every tiny twig, leaf, or strand of grass that sticks to it or gets snagged on it. Everything snags on it. It’s also super reflective. It’s like a beacon being placed directly over your sleeping pad alerting everything to your position. I think that reflectiveness attracts some insects, and it really only barely repels mosquitoes. Overall, disappointed in this hiker’s mesh. I decided to buy another brand (Friendly Swede), which I recommend to everyone else reading this.
