Superb Quality —Freshness, Texture, Flavor
This is an Excellent product, at a surprisingly competitive price. I’m not able to do a lot of reviews but having just purchased The Spice Way’s Cardamom for the 16th time, it deserves a shout out. The quality is absolutely consistent. So far, my experience, it has never been out of stock. It is fresh, it’s aroma and ‘grind’ superb. Once I ran out of it. I thought I had an extra package in the cabinet but I did not. I tried a brand from my supermarket — it was a very pale beige color with a texture like talcum powder (yuk!). So I tried the Morton & Bassett brand from the supermarket: it was identical to The Spice Way’s quality in freshness, aroma, texture, flavor, etc., but at an exorbitant price! From this same vender I buy my Ajwain Seeds and they, too, are just superb at a very competitive price. It’s gladdening! 🌷

A fantastic product & great value!
Cardamom is an underrated spice! It is one of those spices that enhances the flavor of other foods. For example, a little cardamom in your blueberry pie makes the blueberry flavor pop! Cardamom also improves digestion, is anti-inflammatory, & is good for heart & circulation. I bought this larger size because I make my own garam masala spice mix, & this was much more economical than buying small bottles at the grocery store. This product smells so fresh & potent! And the flavor is magnificent! Go ahead & get yourself a bag!

Excellent product
What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh; I use it in many of my cooking and baking. The pouch reseals perfectly; the price point is also excellent. The seller is spectacular, and customer service friendly. I highly recommend this product.

Nice flavor
This cardamom has a very nice flavor, but it does not dissolve in my coffee very well, which is why I ordered it. It came quickly and seems fresh.
