Battery was delivered in Mar 2021 and installed in April. After 2 rides (within a week), bike sat for 2 weeks and battery mostly died. Charged fully w/ trickle and attempted to start 3 days later. Unsuccessful. Next day, I jumped the bike, rode for 30 miles (including highway); no stops. Returned home, turned off bike and attempted to restart right away. It did not.

Purchased product on March 14 2024, Discovered the battery was defective (confirmed by purchasing a local replacement of the same size/specification). Can not return or exchange this product through Amazon or the Manufacturer. Very Disappointed, buyer Be ware.

This battery arrived with only 10.5V of charge, *and* had a slightly bent terminal. I put a trickle charger on it for a couple days and got it to work, but it won't hold 12V for very long. I put in a return request here on Amazon, and was prompted to reach out to the manufacturer, since defective batteries aren't Amazon's problem. Fair enough. So I contact Energizer, and they tell me to contact Clarios, since the battery is really a Clarios product licensed and branded by Energizer. So I contact Clarios, and they tell me I need to go through Amazon for the return. But Amazon doesn't exactly have an 800-number I can call, and their return/refund prompts take me right back to the beginning of this circle of hell. If you want to take a risk and buy this battery, suit yourself, but you might end up with a heavy, useless brick that you just paid $90 for. Oh, and Clarios customer service couldn't have been more dismissive or less helpful.

What's there to tell? Does it fit my motorcycle? Yes. Did it power my motorcycle? Yes. Is it of top quality? It feels solid and no leaks - as good thing right? I did have to charge it up before installing, out of the box, it was at 45% charge. Cost? Well, batteries are inexpensive anymore.
