These oatmeal cups are my favorite quick breakfast. The texture is hearty and satisfying, not mushy like many instant oatmeals. Each flavor tastes natural and lightly sweet, with a good balance of oats, seeds, and subtle spice. The blueberry and cinnamon flavors are my top picks, but every cup in the variety pack feels like something you could have made from scratch. I love that they are gluten-free and use clean ingredients. I often prepare them as overnight oats by adding almond milk the night before, and the result is perfect every time. They are also great for travel or early mornings when I am teaching and need something quick but still healthy. It is rare to find a convenience food that feels nourishing and tastes this good. I keep these stocked in my pantry all year.

This was a great buy. I wanted to taste multi flavors and at a reasonable price. This box does that. I will get again. It was easy to make. You can do hot or overnight oats and I did overnight oats. The next morning it was delicious. You don’t have to wait overnight it is ready in about 30 minutes. Great flavors

I love this oatmeal, but I have now bought 2 of these that advertise a “nut butter packet,” and neither box of 12 had this packet.

I was so impressed with all the different flavors with this oatmeal. It’s so nice for a busy mom just to put some hot water in and go. Also like how they are made with clean ingredients. They are all so good! Plus they help with breastfeeding!

I’ve always liked these oatmeal cups but I am not happy with the new packaging. They no longer come with the cardboard lids which makes it difficult to do the overnight oats or take them on the go. My most recent purchase had one oatmeal not completely sealed by the plastic covering so I don’t feel comfortable eating that one. I don’t mind paying a little more for these than I would for other oatmeal for the convenience of the cup, but without the lids, it’s not as convenient.

Not sweet, which I love! I do not like sugary oatmeal and this is perfect. Can taste the blueberry well. Serving was just enough. Tastes great.
