I expected these to be yet another supplement I could cross off my list of "stuff I tried that doesn't actually work", but THEY DO. The thing to bear in mind is you must be patient and results are very gradual. Over the past 30 days of taking these I really do feel that some of my extra flabby mass is gone. The change is subtle --just enough lost in the love handle area to make my pants fit a little more comfortably--but i really FEEL I look a little better and it is giving me the boost of confidence I need to keep up with my lifestyle changes. According to the scale I have not lost a single pound, but I am also doing some light weight training 3 days a week so it is possible that's small muscle gain. My hope is that continuing to take them, accompanied by B12, will continue to reduce excess fat slowly over time. Other reviews likened these to the effects they got from lipotropic injections. I've never had injections, but I will say if I had paid for those expensive shots, endured pain, and only experienced this level of loss, I'd be pissed. For the price point, convenience, and no pain, I'm quite happy to take these and get similar end results. YES--the reviews are true, they smell AWFUL. Especially when you first open a new bottle. I try to take them with a flavorful beverage (coffee, fruit drink) to try to cover the smell/taste and just try not to deliberately inhale the scent. It IS off putting. The pills are also rather large so if you have an issue with that you have to psych yourself up to swallow them. Wish they were smaller but I've managed. If you understand that these aren't going to be a one stop weight loss solution and are ok with something doing a little extra help in the background, I'd recommend them. I have not altered my eating habits or amped up my exercise and still feel they did something.

This is great for the pancreas and liver. I take several medications, and my doctor was concerned about my liver function test. I took this for several months and my last liver test came back normal. Woo hoo!

Very good product, packaging is superb, just straight up smells like toe cheese. The other reviews were spot on - great product, no side affects, more energy, and smells like rotten milk and toe cheese. Pills are big, but their easy to swallow. To get around the smell, I just put the three pills in my hand, toss them in my mouth and quickly take a big drink of water.

These smell horrible. They were SO hard to get down because of how bad they smell but I tried because I was sure it was worth it. Oh boy was I wrong. This product made me PAINFULLY bloated. After I stopped taking them the pain subsided in about 24 hours. The bloat has been decreasing but it's been about 2 weeks and I'm still not fully back to normal. I took them for less than a week, and I can't get a refund because they aren't eligible for return. Yay. This has been a horrible experience all around. If I could give negative number of stars I absolutely would! -100000/10 do not recommend!

I'm kind of blown away with how good these work. I think if u are having a sluggish liver or any trouble digesting fats these pills will help u lose weight. If u have an eating preoccupation I would suggest listening to Jon Gabriel's evening meditation and reading his book and dealing with the emotional side to eating first. I was very stuck and couldn't lose weight no matter what I did even after losing my preoccupation with food. These and sprints made the weight fall off over the course of a few months. This is tmi but I had fat in my stools the first few days I took these. It freaked me out but I didn't feel bad so I powered through. The fat went away. All i can think is I had a fatty liver and the fat was being purged from my system cause it went away after a few days and my metabolism started working better than it has in years a couple weeks later. This isn't medical advice so if you are taking these and have this experience it could be different for u. Just saying what it was like for me.

Last year the doctors wanted to place me in hospital for liver issues. I don't drink alcohol so its related to my diabetes medication. My brother told me about this product so I ordered it. It arrived the very next day and I immediately started taking it. Within 3 day the pain was gone and I have been using these ever since . Even the doctors were amazed by the blood tests a week later . I highly recommend these for a good liver detox ( also helped my kidneys which I wasn't aware they did ) .

I've bought a few bottles. I'm taking 9 per day for 30 days as per an American Doctor's recommendation on YouTube for removing fat from the liver. A condition which I have. The pills are big, but coated and easy to swallow. I don't know what the ingredients are derived from but it must be garlic, because they have a pungent smell and taste of garlic. I'll let you know in a month or 2 if the ALT blood work and hopefully an ultrasound show the no fat.

Very good, I didn't get pimples after taking borage oil when I took this vitamin e with it. Borage oil liquid is meant to be safer than the capsules, and I'm using it to support my adrenal glands. I feel this vit e neutralizes the heaviness. Pleasantly surprised as I took the dry e before as I thought it was far too many oils, but it's on olive oil so it's light.
