Excellent, powerful, easy to use
What a brilliant hoover. Tried the cyclone, bagless etc and nothing beats this. You can get cheaper bags and an air freshener to put in there which works wonders.

Very good suction, long cord,easy to move. Attachments store on base so handy. Very good customer service, I had a problem with the courier and they were very helpful.

Great little hoover that delivers!!
Great little hoover after years of poor battery performance from a well-known expensive brand that costs a lot. Henry os a good, honest vacuum that does it’s job well and is made here in the UK. Great product!!!

Good strong hoover would recommend
Good strong hoover strong suction power. Light weight to carry. Prefer to the heavier Henry.. nice long hose to reach nooks n cranies.. easy to use and store.. not to noisy. Includes tool storage

Vacuums car easier
This is so much easier to use in the car than my upright vacuum and does a great job as well.

Definitely get this out of any hoover
I have owned a Dyson, hoover, shark and vax model, nothing picks up better then this little thing. It's a nut case nuvac. The suction picks up my rug. On the handle there is a air flow you twist and you will definitely see the difference in colour of your carpet. Never getting any other hoover from now on, best thing I've ever bought and yes you can still get massive bags for this on Amazon or directed website for around £12 for 10 pack.

Exceptional suction
I suffer with neck pain and found the machine hard to push. On my husbands advice I purchased a turbo brush tool. What a difference this has made. Would recommend anyone suffering back and neck pain to buy one of these. A great machine. Have no stairs hence no score in this area.

Impossible to push over a carpet
I'm not going to lie, this is an amazing hoover and really light weight to pull along but practically impossible to clean carpets as it just doesn't "glide". Not good when you have back problems so will need to return.
