We had to replace an old vent in our restroom. It was a very messy job, no fault or relevance to this product of course. But after getting through our own hurdles, this snapped in quite easily. Looks beautiful, quiet, and powerful. We use to have a lot of dust but since replacing our old vent with this one, the presence of dust has dramatically decreased. Well made and so far no functionality issues.

Excellent exhaust fan, very quiet and not too difficult to install. It’s exhaust port is located on one side so this can complicate the installation and depending on how your joists and existing piping are run it can make you need to cut a new hole in you ceiling so it lines up with your existing exhaust run.

Noise level is high and it's louder than expected but in fairness I wanted and 80cfm but the housing was small for my existing opening so the 110cfm is over sized for my bathroom but fit existing opening. So a comprised and easy install

The fan does the job for us in our 10' x 10' utility room where our washer and dryer are located. It removes the warm, moist air in the room and allows it to remain cooler. The fan is quiet, but you can hear it when the washer/dryer are not working, which I like so we know if it's been left running when we are through. If one is handy with tools and has electrical knowledge, the installation is pretty easy. I would recommend this product to others.
