The paper was missing (Update)
Out of the envelope and I was met with this, requesting a replacement. Hopefully the replacement came with the paper. UPDATE!! Fast resolution this time arrived with the paper and it has a protective film covering the envelope which was missing the first time. Thank you. Now I can confirm is as I was expecting.
