Fast delivery, great item easy to use. I fell on black ice causing damage to my knee patella. This helped to reduce the swelling, enabling me to do exerises the doctor advised me to do. So helped me during my heLing process. Seemedso to get holding out well, I put it inside a freezer bag to stop freezer burn and protect it in the fridge. Seems to be working well. I also put a eleastice bandage on yo stop freezer burn om my skin whilst it is on, works well with product.

Comprehensive, fits well and remains stable and is comfortable to wear

Great used post surgery to ice my knee, takes approx 1hr to freeze enough to use it, freeze longer if you want it to be harder etc. The velcro is a bit tricky to get right but does hold.in place once attached, thats why I've deducted one star.

Great ice pack, it's super cold when first out of the freezer but can still be manipulated to mould around your knee/leg. I use this after running as I have a long term injury, it really does help my knee to recover quickly & helps calm any swelling. You need to put it back in the freezer after use to freeze again, I haven't used it as a heat pack yet.

In essence the cold option was more effective than the hot. Wearing it straight from the microwave the knee raged more intensely after use, less effective. Wearing it cold calmed the pain far more effectively.

Excellent to help with reducing swelling in my knee after knee operation as it moulds around the knee haven't used as a heat pad but would think it would be as good Fits in freezer as its flat doesn't take up much room

Very easy to use item. Secures well around the knee, pop it in the freezer for a bit and that’s it. Haven’t tried it for heat yet, but I’m sure it will function well.

J’ai acheté cette poche de glace pour ma post opération du genou et j’en suis vraiment très satisfait. Elle se met très facilement en place grâce aux sangles et tient bien sans glisser. La qualité est au rendez-vous : le gel reste froid longtemps. C’est confortable, pratique et cela m’a beaucoup aidée pour soulager la douleur et le gonflement après l’intervention.
