Women's Baggy Canvas Boot

Bought these boots for safari and they were perfect. I wanted something comfortable, versatile and lightweight and these fit the bill. I like that I could roll them down when I didn’t need full ankle coverage. They look super cute when paired with dresses/skirts too. I got a lot of compliments and would definitely recommend.

I think these shoes are very stylish and was considering buying them for about a year... Maybe longer. I couldn't find a lot of reviews about them, and I have anxiety about making non-prime purchases sometimes so I decided to wait & put it off until my previous shoes were shriveled threads. Now that I have these shoes I wish I hadn't waited, but am glad I came around nonetheless. First, I am a bit active on my feet and wear my shoes out more quickly than the average person. These shoes are great for me because of the inset heavy duty upper. Rather than being sewn in, or glued onto a basic commodity sole (like keds style, or toms) the upper of these boots are inlaid deeply into a heavy duty rugged sole. Second they lace up comfortably and are sturdy, but not too stiff like many rugged boots just out of the box. These will lace up tightly enough to conform to your feet on the very first wear (for those who prefer to have their feet cradled). Third, I did NOT have to break these in... at all. They felt great when I put them on out of the box, and I was prepared to spend the day getting used to my new shoes and letting them get used to me. But halfway through the day I realized that these shoes felt amazing, my feet were completely comfortable. I have a job where I am up and about- on my feet for the entire day. And on top of that I live downtown, I bike to work, and I walk at least a mile every day in errands/ daily rituals aside from work. I felt no foot stress/cramps or uncomfortable rubbing (like against my achilles heel for example) from the very first wear on. When I buy a pair of shoes my intent is to wear them exclusively until they fall apart. These shoes were extremely flexible right out of the box- Great for walking, running for the train, playing frisbee- everything. These are total lifestyle shoes.

I have skinny feet, so there’s a little extra canvas on the sides, yet they feel fine. I love that the ankle top “baggy canvas” can flip up to be more of a boot! SIZING NOTE :: I ordered a Women’s USA size 8.5. Box for shoes also notes Women’s USA size 8.5. Actual tag inside shoe is listed as Men’s USA size 7. These are comparable sizes, and this is my first pair of Palladiums and first order from Outdoor Equipped, so I’m not sure if this is typical. I will say, the shoes fit absolutely perfectly, are what I was looking for in a “durable, black, high-top”, and I am SUPER HAPPY with them. Thank you!

These boots are great! The canvas feels durable (though not very warm), and the rubber soles seem built to last. I love that you can wear them two ways: folded down for a more casual, baggy look or laced up for a more tactical style. They’re not ideal for hiking or rough outdoor use, but perfect for everyday wear. They’re lightweight, so they’re great for events or days when you’ll be standing or walking on concrete for hours. Also — they fit! Ordering shoes online has become a total gamble lately. Depending on the brand, I can wear anything from a 9.5 to an 11W. It’s frustrating. But these fit perfectly in my usual size 10; Not too tight, not too big, just right. That said, I did take a star off because the right boot has a minor bump along the heel that rubs when I wear thin socks. Thicker socks solves this problem, but it’s still something worth noting.

These are my new favorite shoes. I ordered a size 9, my normal size, and they are slightly roomy in the toes, but not too roomy! I'll be able to wear thick socks on colder days. The black/black will match nearly all of my wardrobe, so these will be a daily shoe for me. These are well made and have a sturdy tread on the bottom. The canvas upper is also firmly stitched to the sole, which is great. The insole is removable, and I may choose to insert some more supportive insoles in the future. Admittedly these aren't the most supportive shoes, but I'm used to cheaper shoes that wear more quickly, so it doesn't bother me. I've worn them folded down or laced up and they look great either way. I got mine for $40 bucks with the holiday discount, so I feel like these were a fabulous deal. I'll definitely be buying Palladiums again.

Unlike other Palladium boots I have, these boots don’t have a zipper up the side, and they have thick laces, so loosening and tightening them to take them on and off is kind of a pain. Also the profile is a little “flat,” like the sole of the boot would’ve looked better if it had been chunkier and with a higher heel/platform. Love the tall shaft though. But to wear them with the shaft unfolded and pulled up, which does look cool, you have to unsnap the sides and then the open snaps jiggle and make noise during walking. So, very mixed feelings about these.

Both daughters got them and love them, and say, after wearing them for a whole day for school and work that they are very comfortable too. We absolutely recommend them

Die Schuhe sind richtig cool...gerade zu engen Jeans. Ich wusste, dass sie klein ausfallen, habe deshalb 1 Nummer größer bestellt. Das war genau richtig. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Passt meiner Tochter in ihrer normalen Größe perfekt. Und sieht klasse aus! Die Farbe ist weniger blau und mehr dunkelgrau.

in Größe 42 bestellt (ich habe 41) und er hat vorne noch etwas gedrückt. Unbedingt größer bestellen. Nichts für breite Füße oder Hallux Valgus,

Tolle und schicke Schuhe/Stiefeletten. Stoff gibt etwas nach und passt sich den Füssen gut an. Da ich Problem-Füsse habe, bin ich froh das die so gut passen. Bin auch schon längere Strecken damit gelaufen.
